-Kona EV will be assembled in India
-Expected to be priced in the region of Rs 25 lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs
The Hyundai Kona Electric vehicle has gone live on the South Korean automaker’s Indian website ahead of its launch in the country on 9 July. We have already driven the Kona EV in South Korea and you can read about our experience with the car here.
The Kona EV will be the first locally assembled electric SUV for the Indian market. The first lot of Kona EVs is expected to be around 1000 units but we are not sure if it will come with the 300km set up or the 470km set up. The Hyundai Kona electric vehicle is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 25 lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs.
