Nissan has taken the virtual covers off its CONCEPT 2020 Vision Gran Turismo which could form the basis for the brand’s future performance model. The model has been designed through collaboration with the creators of the popular driving simulation game Gran Turismo.
The CONCEPT 2020 has been created by a team of young designers at Nissan Design Europe, in London. The model also takes a few inputs from an advanced engineering team based in Japan. This means that the concept could pave way for a future Nissan performance car. The car in question could well be the next-generation GT-R.
Going by the way it’s called; the production model based on the CONCEPT 2020 could take another six years to arrive. Fans of the Gran Turismo game need not fret because Nissan has revealed that the concept will be available to download in GT6 starting July this year.
