Hyundai cars to cost 2 per cent more from January 2018

Hyundai cars will be costly by two per cent starting from January 1 2018. The automaker plans to hike prices due to the rise in input and manufacturing costs.

This Korean manufacturer is the latest of the carmakers to announce a price hike for the new year. The model-wise price hike has not been mentioned. However, this increment in prices will vary depending on the variant of the model.

Apart from Hyundai, carmakers including Maruti Suzuki, Isuzu, Skoda, Mahindra, Volkswagen, Jeep, Ford, Tata Motors, Toyota etc. have all announced price hikes for the new year. Potential buyers can avail various discounts currently on various models before the end of 2017. So, now it’s the ideal time to strike a good deal if you plan to bring a new car home.
