- 114 teams comprising of 301 Audi dealer technicians and service advisors from 33 dealerships competed for the India championship
The eight edition of Audi Twin Cup concluded in Chennai on 13 December 2018. The event witnessed participation from 33 Audi dealerships across the country. A total of 114 teams comprising of 301 Audi dealer technicians and service advisors competed for the coveted championship titles. The Audi Twin Cup tests the customer orientation and technical knowledge of the participants. The technicians and service advisors compete in the areas of diagnostics and repair, as well as in personal customer support.
Six technical and six service teams made it to the finals where the team from Audi Bhubaneshwar bagged the top spot in the TWIN category which was introduced for the first time in India. Audi Bhubaneshwar also bagged the top spot in Technology category and Audi Kolkata topped in the Service category. The Audi Twin Cup is held every year worldwide since 1996 and sees participation from all members of the Audi dealer network.
Speaking on the occasion, Rahil Ansari, Head Audi India said, “The Audi Twin Cup is an initiative to recognize our dealer partners delivering exceptional customer service. We have invested extensively in training our staff and the initiatives over the years for strengthening the service levels has worked brilliantly, with our teams displaying outstanding technical know-how and consistent customer focus. This clearly reflected in the excellent performance of the teams representing Audi India at the recently concluded World championship of the Audi Twin Cup 2018.”
