Lexus announces new high-performance model for Detroit Motor Show debut

Japanese luxury automaker Lexus has earned its name for making extremely luxurious vehicles, however, the brand recently stepped into the performance side of things with the V8-powered RC F coupe, and going by the response from the global media, it’s been a fairly successful attempt. 

Lexus has now announced it plans to add a second vehicle to its growing stable of high performance models. The new F-designated car will be make its global debut at the 2014 Detroit motor show on January 13 and will join the recently launched RC F coupe in the Lexus range.

Lexus is yet to release more details on this upcoming model although the brand has released two teaser images showing the aggressively-styled fascia which houses the trademark spindle grille and the two-piece LED headlights.  We will have to wait till the official debut for complete details on this new high performance model.
