    • Tata is doing well in its motor sector. Altroz is the safest car and Tata didn't compromise in safety.

      I had a good driving experience with Tata altroz. Comfort is also very nice for a long journey. Space is so much. It has good boot space also. The cooling system is very nice. Cool gloves box.

      Excellent customer service by Akash & Madan & team at Lakshmi Tata Motors, Ekkattuthangal Clear explanation of car specs & doubts clarified in an elaborate manner Early delivery of the car which was even more surprising Enjoying each and every moment of drive Love the look & performance Only cons is no ''Tyre Pressure Monitoring system'' & in built Google maps Many positives such as comfort , spacious, luxury etc.

      Tata Altroz really a amazing car with classy looks, fantastic interiors and most important is the best build quality in this segment. Currently not driven much but definitely the ride and handling is very good as well the suspension setup. Missing sunroof and wireless charging but nevertheless the offering from TATA motors is worth than offerings from cars in the same segment. Buying experience was good from dealer, received the car within time and without any hassle. Thanks to TATA motors for making products with highest safety standards.

    • Manufacturing flaws , hard gears , left drift and rusting

      Buying experience was good, one thing I noticed while taking delivery of my vehicle was that there was a black sticker placed on the leather part of the gear knob, which I didn't remove for quite a while. One day it peeled off on its own and I found that the leather portion of the gear knob was abraded. To conceal that defect sticker was placed over the gear and the vehicle was sold to me. Driving was comfortable and the gear shift was smooth in the beginning but after 2nd service gear became hard and the shift feels rough. The vehicle drifts towards the left in a neutral steering position, which the service centre hasn't resolved till now, even after checking the alignment multiple times. Doors are so heavy that it rubs onto their own body floor creating scratch and breach on the painted surface, this scratch is prone to rusting if the vehicle is kept in coastal regions. The inner side of the petrol lid was having a part which was not painted during manufacturing at the plant. That part appears white, while the car is golden in colour.

      Very good driving experience. And looks very beautiful. feeling of driving is very nice. Suspension of tata altroz are very good. This car is best in this price range. And in case of safety, this car have 5 stars rating.

    • Wings of an "Albatross": My first Car

      Buying Experience: Was a Tata Employee when I bought this and had got an additional discount of 10,000 INR also some Signature Goodies along with it. Driving Experience: Overall smooth drive experience and had also took the car on village roads, performance of engine was perfect. Looks and Performance : Had a small race with Hyundai I10 and it outperforms most of the cars in the range. Overall look wise it is masterpiece in the similar range. Servicing and Maintenance: Since i have a gold membership for servicing it has some additional perks however had faced minor issue in case of 3rd servicing which was lapsed because is was unavailable in the city. The store manager helped me do that with some additional charge. Pros : 1. A great car for city ride 2. Look wise you have an edge over other OEMs with same repeated models. 3. NCAP rating has an additional advantage. Cons: 1. Have driven the car in dense fog and the there was some issue with the antifog lamp and dehumidifier.

      I bought this car recently and I like it so much because Tata customer service is good , driving experience of this car is unbeatable, I personally like the car look and the performance of this car is very cool this car is offer double so maintenance charge is very low I think the car only has pros.
