    • Company doesn't provide comfort to its customers.

      I purchased this car in year 2016 , then till now I have experienced a lot of difficulties in this car. Firstly there are only few service centers of of Renault in Rajasthan and those are far away from rural areas, cities and districts. If anybody has any issue with the car no local mechanic can handle this and you have to go far away for a small service center. Spare parts of this car can only be purchased from Renault service centers. If you need a small part or a fuse you have to go a long distance and you may get it only at the service centers. No local mechanic will help because he does not have any spare parts available with him to resolve any issue. If a small part like side mirror too is broken you must go to service center else you can not get from anywhere else. It's hypocrisy of company to ruin their customers. If company has some sympathy with its customers it's should provide essential spare parts online and at local stores too so that consumers can easily get it and feel comfortable .

      I purchased my Kwid car in 2016 27 June, 5 years running , and now its 48200 km. I drive my car always on highway, city, rural and occasionally going to hill areas. its a best car. Driving quality is nice. Performance is good. Looks so beautiful. I just loved it. I personally believe that Guwahati TI Renault always provides very good excellent service to the customers and maintenance cost is almost nothing. Yearly 3500 to 5500 rupees. But I have to face one small problem is silencer which has a bad sound. I hope company will solve these problem as soon as possible and another problem is accelerator pedal which I changed 3 times, two times company free and last one paid .

    • Value for money, don't expect 25 km. It is about 17 in city and 19 in Highways

      Noice and vibrate problem but out side look is good, milage is average 17 in city and 19 in high way , good resale value, but car accessories price is very high, and out side sales of spares is required

      Kwid RXT says top-end model but back windows are manual like aged cars. Difficult while driving in nights due to glasses are not in quality it captures fog even it is summer when compared to other cars very cheap quality glasses. Ground clearance is very good for Indian roads, no worries about speed breakers now. Sound quality is good. The display is good. Even for long drives, it will be good. Small car value for money except those issues mentioned above.

      Very much lucky for getting this car in these budget Very much smooth Car & good in traffic Stylish fancy look Good servicing & maintenance of Renault Space of the car is too good A perfect car for a family In this price... I think kwid is a better option In this price, I prefer to buy kwid .

      1. Very good car in low budget people. 2. Good driving experience within city and for long tour. 3. Having a rich look at minimum price range. 4. Easy service. 5. Provide good offer to purchase.

      Underpower way under power. Cant overtake any car on the highway the engine has a very loud noise but the noise cant be felt inside the car but still, it feels like a diesel engine. Would not recommend anyone to get it

      The car is very good. It's outlooks are good and impressive as well. However, the car lags behind in the safety features as it dose not come with ABS or EBD and the airbag is also one and which is option. So, if you are looking for a car which is good, small, easy to use, efficient and cool; then you should go for Kwid. It's Infotainment system is very good. It is a better choice for cities and highways and if you drive up to 100 kmph speed, then this is nice choice. One more thing mention able is that the car doesn't create any problem even at high speed of 125 kmph but at this speed the car is not safe. However, personally I am fully satisfied with the car. You should definitely go and purchase it.
