Ford offers ‘Happy Pocket Service'

Ford Motors India is concentrating on making their customers happy. One of their efforts to gain the people's trust is by improving their after sales service. In a first-of-its kind initiative, Ford will offer comprehensive scheduled service at a transparent and competitive price with ‘Happy Pocket Service’.

 Happy Pocket Service will be offered through the company’s fast-expanding dealership network, which reaches 274 outlets in 146 cities across India.

With the launch of ‘Happy Pocket Service’, Ford is set to redefine ownership experience and offer extremely competitive and highly transparent ‘fixed’ pricing on scheduled service costs starting Rs 2,199. 

 Performed with genuine Ford parts, tools and equipment by Ford-trained technicians across the state-of-the-art service network, Ford ‘Happy Pocket Service’ will be among the price leaders for scheduled service and will give Ford owners incredible value for money and peace of mind.

 The service will be offered through the company’s fast-expanding dealership network, which reaches 274 outlets in 146 cities across India.

 “Enhancing the ownership experience is an intensive and continuous process and a strategic imperative for Ford India. With the launch of Happy Pocket Service, Ford has done something that nobody has attempted before i.e. commitment to price transparency, value and quality,” said PK Umashankar, vice president, Customer Service Operations, Ford India. “Happy Pocket Service offers incredible value for money and peace of mind to our customers and will help us take service innovations to the next level.”

 Staying competitive in comparison to other OEMs and Multi-brand workshops, the Happy Pocket Service will include a vehicle report card check including replacement of the oil filter, sump gasket, use of high grade semi synthetic engine oil and Ford genuine parts along with labour charges and car wash.

 “Ford’s Cost of Ownership vision is three-pronged and focuses on enhancing the ownership experience via use of efficient technology and parts design, service innovations and network expansion. Our superior engineering of long-lasting schedule maintenance parts compared to competitors is what helped us deliver price transparency through Happy Pocket Service.” added Umashankar.

 Ford in India has been focusing on bringing products and services that make value sense and take a quantum leap towards reducing cost of ownership.
