I purchased on the eve of aksha tritya of tear 2018, of cng model for the same, It's worst car in term of pick up, even my car gets off while driving at low speed, breaks are pathetic with zero play factor, Ac are worst, even at drivers seat, Big no to i10

Had a good session with the executive about the overall look and feel the handling on Highway is too good and no noise of engine even after running or covering a long distance no cons at all.

Worst experience with Hyundai. I own this vehicle for past 2 yrs. I gave my car for service regarding I m facing some tech prob. Still the Service team or the OEM is not able to rectify the issue. Their authorised service centre CHANDRA HYUNDAI COIMBATORE is just waste. The staff are waste. They dont mind our feedback or our concerns. They charge for unreplaced parts as well during service. For a new petrl vehicle they charge more than 10k for service @27000kms. Without doing anything only for water wash. Worst and unqualified workman ship. Please go for some other brand. Don't go for Hyundai and feel later.They have worst service network nation wide. All the employees in the dealer ship are not skilled. They are fit for nothing. This is the way the OEM run their brand. They do only for sales. But when it comes to after sales support Hyundai is nothing when compared to other brands.

My car, purchased on 24/2/2017, has a very very weak horn, no central locking alarm & inspite of numerous requests to the MD, CEO, Sales, Service & Dealer of Hyundai, they are not caring to listen & attend. They have stopped even to respond. The Car is inferior to the lower range I-10 Magna in features e.g. No Tilt steering, no rear screen wiper, no better driving pleasure. If given a chance I would never wish to have it & get rid off at the earliest. There are much better options available from other manufacturers but to my unfortunate I took Grand I-10.

Final Words: With this high handed attitude of Hyundai, I would never go for any Hyundai again in future and would try my best so that no one in my department, acquintance purchase a Hyundai. The Car is NOT at all suitable to Indian condition.

Areas of improvement Hyundai needs a big improve in Customer Care,  adaptation to Indian Condition.

Good looks, Renouned Brand,Inferior to I-10, Very poor horn, No central locking alarm, Very Bad Customer Care.

Good riding experince..suprb looks...CC wise good pickup.mainantence is very less campare to maruthi.mileage 18 in city 21 on highway with always AC on.servicing cost 2 nd -rs1500 3 rd-rs 3000 4th paid service rs 6500..inculding wheel alignment.electronic mirrors are very comfortable.head rests is only draw back in this car.for a height of 5.9 its very decent

The buying experience was good at express Hyundai it was a awesome riding experience the exterior is amazing and the interior is amazing the service and maintenance is wallet friendly the interior features are amazing and amazing the fuel efficiency is superb if you buy this you are the king because the car is a palace

Exterior Good aerodynamic design looks good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good but some times AC does not cool the vehicle , the coolr air passes through the main AC and AC  vent, but both has less cooling.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox My new car has engine issue , while moving on road , it loses its pickup.Your speed of 60 suddenly comes down to 30. Its huge chance for hit hit from back , by the running vehicles behind you. Aboout 25btimes I have send the vehicle to Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad , but no improvement. They are unable to resolve the issue.

The service Engineers on trial and error method some times they changes its sensors sometimes other parts.

Sometimes its disply goes off, without any reason, the service engineer has no answer on it also.

But a new vehicle just two year old has engine issue shows the technology of Hyundai or incapibility of service engineers of Dream Hyndai.

 

Design and DrivingEngine Issue My car on road drops its Pickup

Exterior THE FLUIDIC SCULPTRE OF THIS CAR IS INDED PLEASING.I AM ALSO OWNING A TATA TIAGO XZ. I BOUGHT THIS 2017 HYUNDAI GRAND I10 MORE THAN A MONTH AGO [ EXACTLY SAYING JUNE 30 2017 ] AND I FOUND THAT WHEN WE COMPARE THE TIAGO WITH THE GRAND I10 THE TATA IS CLEARLY THE BETTER ONE.THE GRAND I10 WHICH I AM OWNING IS THE ASTA 1.2 PETROL. IT HAS ONLY SOME FEATURES THE TIAGO DOESNOT HAVE LIKE A TOUCHSCREEN , AUTO AC,PUSH START ,REAR AC VENTS AND DRLs.BUT THE TIAGO BOASTS OVER THE HYUNDAI HAVING CORNER STABILITY CONTROL, PREMIUM KNITTED FABRIC ON ROOF LINER,SMART SENSE REAR WIPWR {THE GRAND I10 DO HAVE A REAR WIPER BUT IT IS NOT SMART SENSING.THAT IS THE TIAGO'S WIPER AUTOMATICALLY TURNS ON AND OFF WHILE REVERSING IF THE FRONT WIPER IS ON. THE TIAGO IS MORE HEAVIER THAN THE GRAND. IT HAS SPEED SENSING AUTO DOOR LOCKS AND THE VERY SPECIAL MULTIDRIVE MODES WHICH THE GRAND DOESNOT HAVE. THE TIAGO HAS FEATURES WHICH EVEN THGE CARS OF THE PREMIUM SEGMENT LIKE I20 DON'T HAVE. THE GRAND I10 HAS 83BHP @ 6000 RPM BUT THE TIAGO HAS 85 BHP @ 6000 RPM. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I FOUND THAT THE ELITE I20 ALSO RUNS ON THE SAME PETROL ENGINE WHICH IS IN THE GRAND I10.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) THE INTERIOR IS NICE. THE TOUCHSCREN IS A GOOD ONE.THE REAR AC VENTS ARE ALSO NICE. THE GRAND I10's AC IS ALSO PRETTY GOOD. THE LAYOUT SEEMS TO BE PREMIUM. BUT THE CAR IS NOT ACTUALLY A VALUE FOR MONEY ONE AS THE CAR 7,25000 RUPEES ON ROAD PATHANAMTHITTA, KERALA AS I BOUGHT BEFORE THE GST ANNOUNCEMENT. MY TIAGO XZ REVOTRON 1.2 PETROL HAD ONLY 5.6 LAKHS ONROAD KOTTAYAM, KERALA WHICH I BOUGHT A YEAR AND HALF AGO. THE TIAGO IS INDEED THE BANG OF THE BUCK AND THE DRIVING COMFORT IS MORE IN THE TATA TIAGO.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox THE GRAND'S ENGINE ISGOOD. THE TIAGO'S IS ALSO A 1.2LITRE ENGINE BUT IS MORE POWERFUL AND FUEL EFFICIENCY OF THE GRAND I10 IS ALSO NOT UPTO MARK.THE TIAGO IS HAVING A GREATER FUEL EFFICIENCY WHEN COMPARED TO THE HYUNDAI.

Ride Quality & Handling IT'S GOOD IN THE HYUNDAI BUT MY TATA TIAGO'S ACCORDING TO ME IS BETTER. TIAGO IS HAVING A BETTER DRIVABILITY WHEN COMPARED TO THE GRAND.

Final Words OVERALL GOOD BUT NOT THE BEST.NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY CAR.TIAGO IS A BETTER CHOICE THAN THE HYUNDAI.

Areas of improvement HIGH PRICE.THE ABSENCE OF SPEED SENSING DOOR LOCKS IS INDEED A MISSING FEATURES AS IT IS AN IMPORTANT ASPECT WHEN IT COMES TO SAFETY.THE FUEL ECONOMY IS ALSO A GREAT PROBLEM. THE TIAGO IS ALSO HAVING A MORE CMFORT THAN THIS CAR WHICH IS MORE COSTLIER THAN THE TIAGO.

THE REAR AC VENTS, ADVANCED TOUCH SCREEN INFOTAINMENT ,DRLsTHE LACK OF ADVANCED SAFETY FEATURES LIKE CORNER STABILITY CONTROL

We bought this car on 2-6-17 n we are fully satisfied with the car.fuel economy is fantastic with ac around 17kmpl n without ac 18kmpl.space is very good.looks are tremendous nd engine is really powerful.engine response is fantastic.no problem in reaching 140-150km/h......custmr service is also vgud..one should really buy n experience the luxury
