      I am very happy to buy this car and have very good driving experience with this car and have a very good look but a noisy gearbox and the engine got noisy after 1 year. I recommend buying in the budget of 6 to 9 lakhs.

      Great for beginners, with nice control and pickup. The exterior style is sporty and looks awesome. Need more engine power lil shaky when idle. Interior needs more styling.

    • Cheap vendor warranty and poor grievance redressal

      I love Tiago always, but when come to maintenance company is cheating customers by providing cheap vendor warranty for parts like Battery. They give standard warranty of 2 years. But battery warranty is 18 months. My car is now 22 months old, but have standard warranty . In the last service TMSC advisor give an insight that my battery condition is poor and describes me this warranty terms while asking for replacement.. They are cheating by providing low warranty and compromising the quality from vendor. Because same battery can be purchased outside in 5000INR range amount with 3yr warranty. But OEM battery only got 1.5 years only. I also send mail regarding it, reply is an auto generated message with contact no., I called state level service manager of tata over phone call, he doesn't even know to address the issue empathetically.

      Product is 5 star in this price segment. But service is not upto mark. Few cons like engine is not refined like hyundai and maruti. Some cabin noise when we start the car and feel vibration on gear liver, but when you shift to 3rd gear then the Tiago feels like that you ride in a luxurious Car. Pros. Build quality, exterior, interior, Harman music system, Safety and overall we can say it's best car in this price segment. Thanks.

    • TIAGO THE BEST SAFETY AND FAMILY CAR

      Buying Experience: I got my vehicle booked and delivered from TAFE ACCESS Coimbatore. I appreciate the approach of the shrowroom and their attitude toward the customers. Highly attentive and responsive. Driving Experience: We have been so associated to Suzuki cars for a decade and we know how Suzuki cars perform. But this time with the interest of family safty, we decided to opt upon TATA CARS, which is know for the BUILD QUALITY. I now own a TATA TIAGO XZ PLUS BS6 and the driving experience is more than what was expected. Smooth, agile and takes on rough demographics very easily without any hesitation. Although, bit slow in pick up at initial point of stage, i don't see that as a major concern. Looks and performance: Stricking looks and performance as stated above. Cons: The servicing facilities are to be improved. And fit and finish to be concerned more.

    • Great handling and built quality.

      Best in class in this price range. Just the engine needs some up gradation that's it. Tiago seems like a small tank when it's on road. Handling is great even at a speed over 150-160KM/PH. Built quality is great. Performance is good but the real issue comes with the mileage, am getting around 16KM/PL in highway. So if you're looking for a mileage friendly car then Tiago isn't for you. But overall am satisfied with car and I would genuinely recommend anyone who is looking for a compact car in this price range with a lot of features.

      It's a very good beginner car . Loved it, Great performance, Driven it 1000 km in one day. My trip from Odisha to Goa was damn awesome. Loved the music system too. Low maintenance. Cons- could get good headlights.
