Honda sells two lakh units of the Amaze in India

The Honda Amaze has reached the two lakh units sold milestone In India. The manufacturer has achieved this landmark in three years after it first launched this compact sedan in our country.

The Amaze is Honda's first and the only compact sedan, which also marked the carmaker's entry into the diesel segment of cars. This new Earth Dreams diesel motor has proved to become one of the most versatile diesel engines currently in production. It has helped Honda achieve a huge sales success overall.

Jnaneswar Sen, Sr. Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India Limited, said, “Honda Amaze has established itself as a very successful entry sedan in the Indian market. The car has been extremely popular in both big and smaller cities due to its strong value offering and Honda’s core strengths of quality, durability and reliability. We are extremely thankful to all our customers for their continuous support and faith in the brand."
