    I purchased new car wagon r cng in December 2018 from Sr. No. 47/2a/2 CTS No. - 3800, Off, Pune - Satara Rd, Taware Colony, Pune, Maharashtra 411009 my vehicle registration number is MH12RF2341 There is some problem in car's engine. I told them it is manufacturing fault some kind of noise is coming from engine from the beginning before 1st service. The service advisor told me your car is new so problem will solve very soon. after shown 4to5 time they failed to solve the problem after that I shown my car S.No. 36, 2c/1, Solapur - Pune Hwy, Tal Haveli, Manjari Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 412307. No result found from manjri services station they also failed to solve my problem. Now yesterday again I went to Chowgule Industries Pvt.Ltd, Sr.No.53 Pune-Satara Highway, Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra 411046. Regarding same issue they are taking charges from me still my car is in under warranty. Everyone from Maruti Suzuki person just giving me misguide and making me fool. I am using maruti Suzuki Wagon r lxi (o) cng I am going out of station with my family and kids so many time that engine is making noice very loudly if happened any bad incidents with me i will keep responsible only for maruti suzuki company. Now what I have to do I need to burn my car in the front of showroom or should I show to on media? Now should I go to consumers court with regarding this matter to get my money back. I am very upset from your service every time I am sending my car with full tank of cng and proper petrol they gave me empty tank still they have not solved the problem many time. and many days I kept my car in service center only . I am very disappointed with car service. I done lots of support from my side but I give nothing without financially and mentally disturbance from maruti Suzuki . I am requesting to you please change my car or give my money back Thank SUDHIR WAGHMARE 866*******31
