As the name suggest, it swifts through the congested roads of mumbai, without compromising on driving experience. 

zippy, bold and great pick up, double up as a great get-a way car.....the Swift was bound to be a success. This hatch looks strikingly attractive from the front, side and rear profiles. 

The build quality feels more solid - marutui signature. The steering, dashboard design and electronic HVAC control are the best features in that class. The black coloured interiors are very classy give a feel of imported car. Tthanks for not adding common beige / dual tone and bla bla....in SWIFT

Though not an owner of the car, I am well acquainted with the car thro friends who own them and have experienced the pleasure of riding the car.  Marvellous style and good fuel efficiency makes the car a favourite among other hatchbacks.  It also is a heart stealer of the youth who like the car for its performance.

But for its very small rear glasses, nonavailabilty of trunk light and rear reading lamp, the car is the pride of its owner.  With the availability of a variety of colours and the comfortable interiors, the car is certainly the car of the year.  A unique feature of the  ZXi version is the automatic climate control which also is the most welcomed aspect of the car.

Car is very much comfortable for small family. You can drive it continuously without being tired. Steering is very smooth at low speed as welll as high speed. It has very strong grip on the road even at the speed of 120 Km/hr. Fuel efficiency of diesel model is very good and engine do not make noise like other diesel engine. It has terrific pick up and control.

Price is also comprable to other models in the market. Space is very good and gives comfort for long journey.

Only thing is that you have to wait long, as waiting list of purchasers for diesel model is very long. Also color of your choice, if it is white, its  difficult to get.

overall performance of car is excellent. I request to try ot once.

The maruthi suzuki swift  vdi is a cool car that has a better resposive engine over other small cars and takes you from 0-60 in 5.5 seconds.

The fuel economy of the car makes it the best selling diesel car.

The 1.3 ltr engine with an awesome 75 bhp is best suited to be driven on the Indian roads.

Generally petrol fonder are frustrated of diesel because of its higher maintenance cost, it is expensive relative to petrol version and because of its noise and poor resale value. Common rail direct injection (CRDi) claims to resolve some of the problems, swift diesel is using that technology.

the movement i will take hold of the Steering i feel like to drive sport car, the best small car ever driven in mylife, the comfortness and the pick up is superb when it comes to driving a highway i love it has it has steady driving with porwer drive it is unbeatble with good fuel economy ,

after i took this car, i am using extensively for travelling and it has increased considerble percentage every month i use to travel earlier 800 Km but now it went to 1500 Km every month,

really a good value for money

best part of swift... mind blowing performance.
worst part..... manual ORVM's , low heighted seats

the car has excellent look from side.
with the integreated music system interiors are killer.
those who hat looks are old are idiots. it is a 3 generation car
company claims Top SPD 160 km/ph but i had driven it at 175 km/ph

overall good car to go far.. on  the indian roads...

so go for it..........4.5/5

well...the car is very good for the indian small families with agreat style,gud features,gud style...

but the only thing that would have added a star to this car is the good fuel economy of the petrol version....because most of the people don't prefer the diesel one because of its high maintainance....bt still the diesel version is doing a great job on indian roads

hope 2 get some more exciting cars by maruti as it does....

to end up i would say...MARUTI SWIFT ROCKS!!!

i dont own this car, but am impressed with its performance. i hope one day i too can be the proud owner of this lovely car.

maruti has produced many models and variants at entry level cars, but this car is wonderful in all aspects and has a very good image in the consumer market.

people who drive the swift are very pleased with especially its diesel version.

however there is only one suggestion that the outer body of swift must be bit more streamlined cause it gives some problem in estimations for example when we have to park in small space etc (being a female driver i need better estimate ;-) )

stylish and comfortable vehicle .its a very good fuel economy vehicle among all in this sigment . the vehicle cost is also economy

  i suggest to purchase this  all of my friends
