Good riding experience with minimum waiting period and looks are great, performance superb servicing is very good compare to others and maintenance is also low. Pros: Good features, stable performance even in top speed, value for money Cons: safety, ground clearance, potholes and patches performance is worst

Buying experience was below average. The car has meet up nearly all my requirements as per my expectations. (Driving for 15 months ) This car has smooth, hazard free driving with chilled ac, awesome parking camera, interior space, lot of sensors, good dash board, comfortable seat and a nice interior. For driving within city and taking occasional long drives this car is absolutely fantastic. Maintenance and servicing was also good so far. Cons: 1) The car should had an additional ac vents in the rear side. 2) Additional switch for horn to be placed in more comfortable place.

Delivery time was short. A very smooth and comfortable car love the riding experience. Looks are excellent and love the performance on highways and cities. Servicing is even done on doorstep or pick up drop facilities are very good. And over all a value for money product. The delivery experience was also very nice

Buying experience of Baleno is definitely good, it is one of the best hatchback in this segment and value for money car. I have driven it 10k+ and never face any such problem that made my journey bad. Provides very good AC and comfort. Front seats are perfect but rear seat lacks some good thigh support and as it is a hatchback so of course, you will feel very close to its roof. The average of the car is pretty good, mostly around 19-21km/l( on expressways you will get much more) and in city only, you will easily get 19km/l. The looks of Baleno is really very sporty, packed with 1197cc engine and 4 cylinders which makes it powerful enough for a 5 seater car, and i think ground clearance is enough to drive on all type of Indian roads. The service and maintenance of this car is very pocket friendly, normally it will coast around 6 to 8k per annum for 10k + KM( if there is no external repair or damage) which is very normal and if you maintains it good than I think not more than 30k for 4 years.
