Worth every penny you spend.Supreme combination of ride quality,comfort,Non boring sexy look and safety.The one thing I adore the most is the solid duild of this car.That "Thad" you got from the door makes sure that you are in such a safe car.Capable engine,Super smooth ride,Pleasent interiors always bring a smile on my face whenever I get in.VW Should bring back the 1.2L engine in petrol variants.Back row passenger's leg leg room could have been better.Everything else is in perfect proportion.

1.buying experience was good in erode,tamilnadu. After sales experience is also very good.very good response from volkswagen team. 2.riding experience is absolutely amazing.great handling.performance is at point.confidence at its peak.great riding position. 3.looks are very genuine and still needs to improve. Very quick response from hood at any rpm.100/100 for handling and engine. Very good build quality and interiors 4.very high maintenance. Changed fuel injection at 60k kms. Look twice for maintence of this german boy. 5. Pros. Handling Drivability Comfort for front seats Build quality Performance Cons. This was my first car, and it treated me very well! I purchased the car in 2012. and I never had any major problems with it. car performance is excellent and services and maintenance is also in budget Overall, it was a great car and I highly recommend it for every youth. i give 3 star overall this car

Buying experience: I was looking for car which has excellent handling, excellent performance, excellent safety and top-notch interior's. I researched many car brands took a test drive but I was not satisfied but finally went to Volkswagen showroom then I took a test drive and finally booked polo,this car has fulfilled all by above criteria.
Riding experience: My riding experience is superb I want put some points over its riding experience:- 1. Excellent high speed stability. Even if you cruise above 150km/hr on expressway you won't feel anything inside car 2. Best high speed cornering. You don't feel any kind of body roll over high speed turns. 3. Excellent suspensions which can absorb any bumps and pothole
Details about looks, performance etc: Performance is best you can easily achieve top speed of 185+ And due to high torque and bhp you can overtake any vehicle easily. About looks , I didn't found any another car which came close to looks of this car in this "segment".
Servicing and maintenance: Servicing and maintenance is costly but I want safety, performance, excellent ride and handling top notch interior's, and excellent build quality so I ignored service and maintenance cost. Even if you pay high cost for servicing you will be satisfied with servicing. Whenever I serviced my car through authorised Volkswagen service station I felt like they gave me new car.(i.e service quality is maintened every time)

The quality of tyres and Volkswagen services are pathetic. I bought the car and I got tyre of the company's choice; I did not have any choice in other. Now the tyre has a bubble after running for just 5000 Kms and I contacted the vw dealership. The attitude of the dealership was condascending and the attitude of the goodyear dealership was even worse. I was asked by vw dealership to visit the goodyear dealership in Rudrapur I.e., money tyres, when i went there, in front of me they they prepared a false report and sent it to the engineer who was supposed to come and evaluate the tyre merits and when I enquired about the same, the dealership pulled a sword on me and charged on me, I saved my life and got out the situation. When I contacted the goodyear dealership afterwards, they insisted that if I have to get my tyre checked I have to visit the dealership who thereatened me and charged with a sword on me, when I denied they asked me to get the tyre to vw dealership in Haldwani, when I gave my tyre there, the engineer due to his personal bias created because of my complaining to Goodyear and vw created a false report and denied my claim for warranty. I was given zero assistance whatsoever from Goodyear and vw. It is the most pathetic experience I've had in my life pertaining to cars and delearships.

Polo is an excellent car. In love with the car. Very comfortable. Very stylish. Full of features. Love to take it on long drives. I feel confident with this car. At highways it is super smooth.
