    This review is about 1st service at sagar motors noida. This review is for service centre only. Pathetic, very rude and miss behaving staff.. I regret why I bought tata car whose after sales service is very down market. I would have given ZERO star if it was possible. This is the mail I have written to their customer relationship team after 1sr service. I am writing this mail after being harrassed by service staffs at sagar motors namely Mr. Lalit Gaur when I came for 1st service of my TATA TIGOR(DL2CBA5773). I reached Sagar Motors at 9:30 am for 1st service, it was done 11:30 am, Mr Arjun told me to sign the gate pass, I said without checking how I can sign and when I checked the car, only washing was done, left head lamp had the same problem which I already told him in the beginning, I asked Mr. Arjun to rectify the issue he said it will be replaced by 5 evening, I said ok start the process. I went to GM service to get the job bit fast, he talked very respectfully and called Mr Lalit Gaur and said you go sir it will be done as soon as possible. I waited till 2:00 afternoon and checked tha car, the job was yet not started. I went to Mr Lalit (Service manager) and asked him he said parts are not available it will take 7-8 days and why you went to GM, you better go to GM and get your job done by him only in a very rude and loud tone, my father was with me, I felt so embarrassed and regretted why I buyed TATA car, when whole country knows about TATA's after sales service. Then I literally joined hands at Mr. Lalit and said please do it Sir, and then he said ok came by 5, it will be done. After one hour call came, service is done. That means there is so much ego issues with Mr Lalit that if I went to GM to expedite the process, he will say that parts are not available which was already in the stock. Tata is providing full sarkari naukri to them and giving license to disrespect customers and I would like to mention he said u can go wherever you want nobody can do anything to me. One week before I booked one Nexon too, please tell me the reason why I should not cancel the booking. Now I will never recommend TATA car to any of my relatives and friends. I will take this matter to TATA higher ups and to social media so that one should again and again think before buying TATA CAR.
