Few hundred kilometers

I am not satisfied with Tata NRG petrol car due to mileage shortage . When I tried to get the customer service executive to explain this issue more than three times only I received a response from the dealer Marina Motors Calicut. But they didn't solve the problem still now. Moreover dicky lock is not working now . Mileage is showing 12 Km only on the metre. I don't know the what is the reason not this issues. I am not satisfied with the service of Tata Motors .
