Exterior First best part.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Second and last best part.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance - Fine for the size and value of the car.

Fuel Economy - Fine with avg 14 kmpl in cty, 17 kmpl mixed, 23 kmpl on full higway. Worst is the fuel led indicators, they are tricky and misleads you.

Gearbox - AMT is the worst among all other AMTs i have driven. Even redigo AMT which has the same engine & gearbox as kwid is faaaar better and smoother. there is some manufacturing defect or tuning issue which renault has not addressed yet. I dont know what they are waiting for.

May be all kwid amt owners should return and leave their cars in the respective service centers until it is cleared.

Ride Quality & Handling Fine for a car of this price and small hatchback segment.

Final Words It is not a car which one can recommend to others. Those who have bought it have to live with it as renault is least bothered about the kwid issue or dispose it off at a very low price to any unaware buyer.

Areas of improvement Though many other owners have had many other issues, I just wish the gearbox is improved and the ride becomes smoother. I keep my fingers crossed waiting when other issues will crop up.

Worst Car manufacturer

Exterior Impressive.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I think renault has not perfected AMT technology. Multiple issues with engine and its performance. Sometimes it runs very smoothly , sometimes it gives lot of problems.

The RPM goes too higher before changing gears. Accessive noise. Broke down 4 times in a year. Engine parts changed few times and still not running. Inexperienced maintaince staff can't resolve issue.

Service staff is not trained to identify and resolve issues. In past 3 weeks it has been sent to workshop twice and after driving few days again engine is not working.

Ride Quality & Handling AMT is not as smooth as one expects. Inspite of having AMT model the engine shuts down in middle of the road.

Final Words Please don't buy it. Worst customer service and overall bad experience.

Areas of improvement Please take a break and rethink of how to makes cars.
Good in exteriors and InteriorsPerformance, AMT model doesn't work

Worst company in india

Worst company in india dont buy or advice anyone to buy I have renault kwid and it have manufacturing defect and many more users are also facing same Renault kwid material kwality is very poor Service costs are very high

More comfortable,economical and faimly type car ,this is very good for the fuel economy, taking less space for parking ,22 kilometer per leter. Good for a small faimly, Its amazing .

Good looking and very specius car.good milage 25 km per liter.it is baby duster.middle class family can buy it very easly starting from 3.5 lac . Look like suv it is suv inspired car.

Nice SUV under 5 lakh .. really comfortable hatch back 300 litres capacity comfortable seating nice riding experience to speed upto 140 comfortable at its peak interior n exterior are veryy good

Let me enjoy the car first.As experience with lot more fun and exciting drive of my friend to a rough roads and feel like favoulus traveling of 72 KM's on Tirthan Velly. I feel like fliy on the grounded small plane.

SERVICE CENTRE NOT WORKING IN HP Please work on this matter Soon. This is one of the most draw back. Please Creates 4 To 5 Service Centre in HP. Every Model of Kwid is very Good. Overall Performance of Kwid is Very Good.

problem regarding quick servicing

problem in pick up while over taking another vehicle, it takes time to increase speed i am using this car for 10 month in city. when 4 people sit in the car it do not pick up in up hill and two people should get down. i noticed warning sign in car and which shows pink ECG like pattern while driving and it disappear when speed is increased but comes when accelerator is released. when i asked about it in servicing center in Kathmandu they said some parts needs to be changed and they said you can ride the vehicle and when parts come we will inform you. in car catalog it is said that if it turns red then stop the car contact service center but it is pink which says that inform service center. another problem is when i put brake on long downhill it makes sound. now the problem is; service center said that some parts needs to be changed and they do not have the parts and it comes in 15 days. its been about 1.5 month it has not come yet and i am riding the car with that warning sign on. they said gear and brake parts needs to be changed so i am worried.
