    Worst car in my life, run just 20000 km. Engine stoppage issue while running, wrong fuel indicator, low mileage, poor responds from service Centre See below email which I send to service Centre team Dear, This is in regards to the vehicle plate no: KL 14 T XXXX, the complaint as described below, The vehicle had brought by me in month of dec on 2016, now been 18 month past with mileage of 22000km, I had faced several complaint amongst major was engine stoppage while running. Honestly it is a narrow escape several times from the happening of any fatal incident due to this and Renault has to taken care to solve this permamanatly.

    Later it was known to me that this Manafacturing defect was experienced by several people for the Kwid automatic which Renault working to solve this. Then about the the fuel indicator, it is not functioning accurately. The fuel indicator was showing almost empty & when It refilled at a nearby petrol station, the tank got filled for 500 Rs as per the indicator Mostly the issues of this engine stop getting reinstate after take off the key and restarting car after a while.

    But for the last time when this issue happened and the engine became motionless and which was not able to restart even after waited for the few minutes. Immediately we had called the kannur service center and the team had arrived at spot after 5 days (in kasaragod) to take the vehicle. By the time we had checked for any chance of oil leakage and which we conveyed to the team arrived from service center and shows the emptied oil for which they had commented that, it’s not about any oil issues but a common of Kwid amutomatic engine issue which can be rectified by taking to service center. In view with above all scenarios.

    I request you to treat this issues as on top priority and to rectify the defects of the vehicle under the coverage of warranty. The above matter already emailed to kannur service center, and no replay recieved till the date.
