My worst mistake in my life to purchase a car from Renault India there is no such thing named after sales service in their manual. Now the only service center in siliguri is permanently closed. My one yr old car is of scrap value presently. The car developed technical problem on 07/09/18 and they are advising me to take the car to purnia district of bihar!!!!!!. which is about 200 km from jalpaiguri. so please do not glorify Renault India in your portal . that will help them to cheat more and more Indian people (unless of course you people are obliged to renault india some way or other)

Good car in low price............ And also milage is also good. Out look is also ok. But this is small car. Kwid become superb after 10000 km.Very good response.I always love my kwid. If Renault can improve its engine noise than this car can become best small car.In its interior we doesn't feel that we are sitting in a small car and it's look I loves too much.

Buying good, riding experience is very good. I drove 73000kms,performance is nice and services also. Renault should launch diesel variants in this segment.. Seven seater kwid also coming soon. Wait and watch performance of new kwid. It is not only a kwid... It is also a kid to our family. We all love to ride it

1.Easy to ride in traffic and for long drive upto 600km also good. 2.More suitable for middle class 4 members family. 3.More comport space for rear passengers. 4.Low maintenance and worth for budget. 5.Milage is good and for me it gives nearly 17km. 6.Exterior design looks gorgeous. 7.Boot space quite comfortable when compared with other hatchback cars. 8.More suitable for our country roads and India's small family.

It is the best car for personal use.Its very smooth to drive and comfortable.When I first time drive it gave me a lot of experience.In RXL edition of this car gives us best version as same as latest model.So it has not any manufacturing defect.So u can buy frankly this car. Riding is very good as 999cc car fuel economy and looking so good service and maintenance is good overall kwid is best in this rate this is so good for small family for city and urban rural aria. Smooth riding in highway and best millage in70 to 80 kmph. Only road clearance is very body touch in high beaker.

Respectable Sir, I have Kiwid car with registration number CH01XXXXXX number.

I was feeling proud to be owner of this car, but not now. 2 weeks back I was driving back from New Delhi to Chandigarh along with wife when on plain road while driving at the speed of near 20kms/h (just got out from my relative home from inner road towards outer road), my car's front downwards arm got broken and car got down on road. All of sudden everything from front of car got on to road. Everyone around came for our rescue.

I got it sent to local agency of Renault and they said this lower arm can not break, my uncles also have same saying that this can't break. But this happened.

With assistance of local dealer and service station that arm got replaced under insurance BUT I have no confidence in driving this car at the moment, I am not sure where it will break down. I have called customer care as well as Chandigarh based agency also, but both not treated my concern with much care. Chandigarh service centre manager even not met me. This really broke my confidence in using this car.

As per situation I strongly feel like this car should be tested and checked thoroughly with your automatic equipments so that I can feel confident that this is correctly repaired plus all of its parts are in good position. I also want a certificate about fitness of this car after all checking done.
