Nice experience after buying this beautiful car Performance undoubtedly great Only security issue is problem NCAP rate this car 1 star which is not justified at all. Suzuki must think about it. I really feel great as well as steering performance is smooth. I really feel proud after buying this super car.

Buying experience was below expectation. I bought delta variant from RR Nagar in Bangalore. Before buying , Used to get several calls from sales team. Once I booked the car with payment, I wasn't even called for pre delivery inspection. Also sales team didn't pick up the call. Luckily I used to Stay within 2 kms. So I went directly to showroom and asked to see the car. They started to panick and reluctantly showed a dirty looking car standing, which did not looked new at all. So very unprofessional from RR Nagar nexa. Regarding riding experience, it is good. Bengaluru being cramped now, so it fits in perfectly everywhere. For highways, soft suspension doesn't help and also low weight as well. Ideal speed on highways is around 80 kmph. So for city it is very well balanced but for highway, we need to be careful from 5 star rating cars as they don't care for accident like mahindras and tatas and various other. Looks are subjective, performance is good. It has good pick up. Being a small car with the same engine as Baleno, it has more power to weight ratio. So performance is best and issues with power delivery. Engine is very refined and silent at idle. Sometimes we can mistake for car not in ignition at the signals. Rear seats have adequate space. Boot is some what smaller and cannot squeeze more than to large trolleys. Again RR nexa is worst at service as well. Sometimes it feels like they do the work out of sympathy. For my second service my car spent 2 days in the workshop. I had to pick up myself forcefully. Luckily third time I chose Bannerghatta rod nexa, they were extremely good. Overall service is good but not upto the mark. Maintenance over the long run needs to be seen. Cons: 1. Sales and service at RR nexa is pathetic 2. Sometimes feel lack of power around top end with all occupants on highways. 3. Maruti insurance, which was forced 4. Steering feedback at high speeds. 5. Thin window glasses and poor build quality Pros: 1. Overall good mileage and good pickup 2: City driving is a breeze with such a powerful engine in a small car. 3. 15 inch tyres rare in this segment for lower variant 4. 180 mm ground clearance again segment leading 5. 2 airbags with abs . Maruti made standard even before other manufacturers didn't. 6. Large service network across the country. So no issue while going for a outing and fearing a breakdown. Conclusion: If your driving is mostly in city and very rare on highways, this perfect car. Delta variant works for me as it is minimum sufficient a car should have for a city. Good pickup, good mileage, bigger 15inch tyres, good ground clearance, power windows , full instrument cluster with music system. It ticked all my boxes. It doesn't makes any sense to have bigger suvs when mostly driving speed in cities are 25kmph average. Thanks for reading.

Bought it from Nexa- Industrial Area Chandigarh, The Team was good - My Ajay (Sale person) guided well. It was my First Car and I was a bit worried about it and even I just passed my driving test a month ago. I told them to deliver the Car at my home as I had seen many videos of car accidents at the showroom while taking delivery. I was very nervous but - Sales team and Mr. Ajay helped me with this and ensured me to try it to overcome my fear, and it worked too. My experience was very good while buying this car. Driving: I have driven more than 1 lakh km till date. I never felt less power or worried about it while driving in the city or on highways. It is loaded with all that I expect for and need. I always feel confident and drive it almost every wide to narrow road. Looks and performance: I know sometimes the back feels not good but that only thing just proves it lower. It is a compact and urban SUV and designed for cities and smaller roads It is packed with a 1200 cc engine and as per its size - that is more than it needs. Good seat height- better visibility of the road, steering adjustments and I took it to 165 km/hr - Steering was buttery smooth at that time too. Servicing and maintenance: We all know- it Maruti Suzuki- Service is mots cheapest and all place available in it. However, in starting I found little issue with parts and accessories as it was new but with time it sorted out. I keep a record of all services and do it every 10000km. Sometimes at Service centres and sometimes out in local car markets due to cost factors. In local Markets- normal service costs around- 3000 (oil, filter change with labour) and in Authorised service centres it costs around- 6000-7000. in normal services
