2023 Kia Seltos BS6 Phase 2

First of all the booking was quite a hassle We ordered an aniversary edition kia seltos . The dealership told us that we would recieve it by February.. we waited for like somewhat 3 months... Then when we contacted them they told us that we have to wait for several months more and that the vehicle was not ready yet. We have already sold our previous vehicle and we were using a friend's car for time being ... Then the told us that if we bought the better get line which costs around 3 lakhs more, we would get it by a week but it's a bad colour, a colour we didn't want . So we booked an htx plus from another city and were transported to my city. This was the only issue we had with Kia and it isn't even caused by the vehicle Now, the driving experience is superb , We went on a 15-hour road trip and I can pretty much say this is the best car we owned .and I mean it we owned almost 11 cars in 22 years. The only problem we experienced with the vehicle itself is that because it's a diesel vehicle , due to some fuel issue the diesel filter called DPF got blocked and the vehicle had some issues in engine power. Apart from this, the car is excellent and surely would recommend it.. I don't need to say anything about it , the car speaks for itself... Service wise we had a great experience.. they made us comfortable in their owners lounge ...with drinks and snacks .. and the staffs were friendly and supportive.. And on point... I would like to go on and on but I am stopping here.. Lastly, I can assure you , you wont regret it.... Thank you

It is a good car.So I had to buy an suv in 2021 so I had two options hyundai creta and Kia seltos which were in my budget. I chose seltos because creta looks are very bad but seltos is way more good and interior of seltos is very good. So it is an excellent car.

The driving experience was super good. It is smooth over the bumpers and rough roads. Good for the long drive. Don't feel a body roll at the time of turning. The audio quality is also good and give a nice experience

Best experience while taking delivery the kia showroom staff is very good and my driving experience is very good. I believe my car is part of my family and I love my car and I am fully satisfied.
