1.Buying Experience: We have bought Ford Freestyle in July 2019 in my native place Guwahati Assam (Chand Ford) the staff were very helpful.As i working in Bangalore i went to my native for a week so i had limited time in hand to buy the car, but they have delivered the car in four days. 2.Riding Experience: I Love Ford!! We had a Figo which we bought in year 2010, driven for more than 1 lac KM ,it never felt like old. Same with Freestyle, the driving experience is really great and its comes with all the safety feature. 3.Looks and Performances: Freestyle design is in line with Figo , i like the design and In Ruby Red it look more stunning , performance is really very nice 4.Service and Maintenance: As its new car we have not given for service. 5.CONS: I miss a hand rest, DRL lights and quality of the reverse camera could have been better 6.PROS: The Build quality and the safety feature of ford

Its It's very important and useful information to this car. Car intrier very good I liked very much.car stylish I liked very much and coloured very well. A car driven very smoothly suspension very good.

I have been driving this car for the past 1 month...completed 1200 kms in it..after surfing the youtube videos about feature load car below 7.5 lks i chose freestyle...took testdrive and brought it..i think i made the right decision ...i had concern over rear headrest but now they have solved that issue..it is Value for money product from ford with fully loaded features...i will recommend it over swift to anybody...

This car is very good for the price I paid. I have done multiple long drives and complete 8k Kms so far. Fuel economy varies depends on driving style. Maximum I got 21kmpl on highway and least 10 kmpl in city. Exterior look is stunning and cute. Interior would have been better. There are few untraceable sounds which comes and goes. Maintenance expecting to be cheaper comparative with competitors , but serving still needs to improve a lot. Cons: Boot space would have been better ( still manageable ) Projector headlamps and DRLs missing. Atleast optional? Audio speaker quality not satisfactory

I bought the Ford Freestyle in December 2018. I had the best buying experience. The car was on time with the staff and the manager very friendly. I even received a very good exchange rate for my old Alto at Ford. The car is very comfortable and very smooth. The 1.2 Ti Vct engine is best at work with a good low-end grunt of city limits and enough power for the highway. Driving it fo 700km within two days was an easy affair for the car without making me tired. The build quality and fit and finish is decent with the car of this class and feels robust. It has got a lot of features especially in the safety department which is first in the segment such as traction control, hill hold and electronic stability program, alongside ABS and EBD Service and maintenance are very friendly and the cost is very low compared to other cars in the segment. To sum it up I'll recommend this car above others in the segment.

Good in all aspects. Engine is powerful enough. Totally dark interior could have been dual colour with some light shade. Enough leg space for back seat. Strong and elegant body. Drawback is that the navigation could not be updated when required. powerfull headlamp. . .

Best in class safety in this class of vehicles . Lowest service cost. Spares are bit expensive. Best for long road trips. Am planning Bangalore to Guwahati soon Only con in this vehicle is its headlights

Exterior Great Styling.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Feature wise the product is well and upmarket, Great space and can easily fit 5 with comfort and has a great luggage compartment for a vacation.

Ride Quality & Handling Amazing ride quality and handling. Its nothing . Just mind blowing. A Family car and not exactly a car for youngsters with love for some action. On the other hand this has best in class boot and cabin space no doubt about it. I could hardly fit in a ny car as i was above 6 feet 3 so this was almost perfect. Seats are very comfortable a delightful u can easily sleep rest and even sleep :P to that extent they are comfortable. Backseat is top notch too wide bench leg room is Huge headroom is good too. Class leading Overall.

Engine performance. I am a user of swift and punto and I thought punto lacks power.

Areas of improvement Engine Size could be bigger-1.3.

Fuel efficiency...is the only problem......riding experience is not so bad...buying exeperience was good.....and ford service is reasonable price.................its fun to drive the freestyle
