I HAVE PURCHASED MY FORD FIESTA1.4 EXI FROM GANGES FORD, KOLKATA. THE DEALER PROVIDES GOOD RATHER EXCELLENT SERVICE/SUPPORT (EXCEPT SOME DELAY DURING DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE).

I HAVE ALREADY DRIVEN 400KMS APPROX. THE CAR IS GREAT IN HANDLING,COMFORT AND LOOK.

I MUST ADMIT THAT I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE BY FORD AND I THINK THE GENERAL PUBLIC OPINION ABOUT FORD'S POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS UNFOUNDED ON FACTS & FIGURES AND PROBABLY BASED ON HEAR SAYS/RUMOUR.
