Great exterior look comparable to any luxury cars of higher segments. Excellent proportion and form better than any hatchbacks in the market. The high road clearance is a great feeling and fun to drive on highways and off roads. Great vehicle for long travels.

Interior is good and comfortable for me as I am not looking for great luxury. Good seat colors, dashboard  and the basic is there. The seats both front and back are very comfortable and good leg space. The back seats fold flat and it is great for my labrador for outing. The music system and sound is not good as I listen to blues, rock and jazz while driving.

The engine is great with the best fuel economy. I bought the car one month ago and went for 200km drive it gave me an average of 22km/l without AC driving at 80km consistantly and in city it gives me 16km-17km/l.

Driving is realy smooth and great feeling I am enjoying it and very happy with the car. It is best car for city as well as highway.

A great car and value for money with great feelings.

Music and sound system need to be better. The width can be increased by 6 inches and it will make lot of difference. Front grill and lights can be with better looks as good as the back.

Best fuel economy, Best look, Great Experience in driving and affordable priceThe front look is not good, width a bit narrow and bad music system

Exterior The look RIO is very Good, premier has done a good job in building this so called Mini SUV. It was a smart move. Its a rare segment and they have grabed the oportunity. Not many manufacturers have thought of Mini SUV at this price tag. its a better car in terms of looks and space in comparision to al other hatchbacks availble of similar cost. My Rating - 7/10.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is average. At a price tag of 5.6 lac u get a similar stufff, cant expect much. need to add the facility of adjustable steering and a better dash board. My Rating -5.8/10.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performance is again average of the petrol engine which I tested, the road grip needs to be improved, I expericed a loose grip while takin sharp turns. The gear shifting is ok not excellent. at a speed of 90km/hr it was ok but at 100km/hr is lil shaky. My Rating - 6/10.

Ride Quality & Handling It Was Good. Considering its new approach and Expirement Model (Mini SUV).

Final Words Its a gud car for a person who cannot spend more to buy a SUV, keepin their Dream in mind the wish to own a SUV this car can meet your expectations. I would suggest that epert comments do count but not always. There are some personal exp which counts, so you can check it out.

Areas of improvement Road Grip, Torque, Interiors, Adjustable steering, Bit stylish Head Lamps.

I brought this car in Jan 2014 with more refined fiat 72 BHP engine as they say it is the same engine maruti and tata is using after driving this car upto leh and ladhk via srinagar what I found is its a value for money as every one is curious to know which company car is this? what is the average? how much does it cost where have you purchase from? & one thing which make me proud is every person looks behind either he is in audi or merc or bmw this make me paise vasol for me.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Not too good but for the family of 4 (we 2 our 2) its ok its has no comparioson with other cars as it is a compact SUV in india we dont have any such compariosion till know.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox As per engine its 72 bhp 1248 cc Fiat Multi jet sparay CRDI 4 Engine its good at 130 KM as after that its quit noisy as its a rear wheel drive its useless to compare it with front wheel dirve cars or SUV. There is Problem with the Gear shift but not big One as one can sort it out just by getting its air out time to time then its fine. same is for breaks too as its ABS with EBD.

Ride Quality & Handling For ride I would say I have driven the Rio above 10,000 km in just 3 months on hills and plans and for villages its best one its ok but dont drive over 130 as due to high ground clearence it rides over the road as of air pressure as the SUV is under weight for that speed.

Final Words If any one wants too buy you can but dont depend on company as they dont have basic knowledge of this car the dealer form which I buy this car even dont have washing facility if him no spares nothing and one thing interst me that I also email the company to the marketing manger he also dosent replay to me.

Areas of improvement After sales service, customer support, advertising of vehicle.

Good fuel economy good style better hold as it has ABS with EBDInteriors are quit outdated, less leg room, little noisy in comparison to other makes

Exterior THE LOOKS ARE GEAT AND NONE OF THE INDIAN CARS HAVE SUCH LOOKS.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) IMPROVED A LOT FROM THE EARLIER VERSION, NO VIBRATIONS, SILENT ENGINE, DECENT SPACE,  FULLY LOADED, REAR SEATS ARE REALLY COMFORTABLE AND ADJUSTABLE FOR LONG ROUTES.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox ENGINE PERFOMACE IN GOOD BUT DUE TO REAR WHEEL DRIVES INITAIL PICK UP IS BIT LOW BUT TOP SPEED IS 135KMPL, NO SHACKING, VERY STABLE AND FUEL ECONOMY IN CITY IS 13-14 ON HIGHWAY 15-17KMPL, GEARBOX ALSO IMPROVED A LOT COMPARED FROM PRIOR DIESEL MODEL, EFFECTIVE A/C.

Ride Quality & Handling BEST FOR OFF ROADS, A REAL COMPACT SUV FOR TERRAINS AND POTHHOLE ROADS, BEST OFF ROADER , EASY HANDLING FOR BUSY / TRAFFIC SITUATIONS, VERY SMALL TURNING RADIUS BEST FOR SMALL TOWNS ALSO.

Final Words A GOOD PRODUCT OVER ALL BUT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN DIESEL VERSION ALSO, FULL OF FEATURES, BEST FOR NECULEAR  FAMILIES.

Areas of improvement SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE BROADER, SHOULD HAVE TILT STEARING.

STYLE, COMFORT, DRIVECURRENTLY ONLY PETROL VERSION AVAILABLE

I was looking for a powerful car with good mileage and drivability so to use it as a daily commuter. After a lot of research I decided to go for Premier Rio with the new Multi-Jet engine. I have bought this car and has already driven it around 500km. The car is powerful and fuel efficient as I wished, it features a 1.3 multijet engine which is finely tuned and gives ample performance, gear shift is also very smooth. The Car also looks very good and powerful, its masculine looks attracts everyone. The twin barrel headlamps look good, whereas neatly furbished fog lamps adds charm to it personality. The roof rails, side cladding, alloy wheels and body colored ORVM make its side profile impressive. The interior quality is also good, the material like plastic and fabric are good in quality. The cabin space is very good and car can accommodate five adults easily, so it becomes a perfect family car for us as we are only four members in our family. The fuel efficiency is what attracts me the most, I have a top-end diesel model which gives a mileage of around 18 km/l which is pretty good for a SUV. Its SUV like looks and off road qualities makes it an ideal tourer too, in addition the boot space is pretty good. I usually go on weekends so its a perfect car for me and my family. I am enjoying the feel of driving a SUV and mileage of a hatch or a entry level sedan, it is just a awesome feeling. I will just say if you are thinking of buying a compact SUV go for RiO. Fuel Economy, ABS, Space, Design, SizeLooking forward to having more service stations

Exterior It's about the exterior of this car that makes it stand out. A compact SUV in the right sense of the word. Very smart cuts and edges make it stand out in a crowd.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Feature are basic, AC&Heater. The dash is outdated, Music system is decent. Space: Comfortable for 4 passengers, 5 could be a squeeze.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine drive a petrol. 1.2L which does let you down at times. Premier still think they are selling the Padmini when in terms of the Petrol engine.

      Performance: Good.

Fuel Economy: (For the Petrol) Needs Improvement.

Ride Quality & Handling This is a feature which is the Best for the Rio. We use the vehicle for long drives and have found it very comfortable.

Handling: This is Amazing, when driving winding roads the vehicle holds on to the road superbly. Its in the handling the Rio Proves it SUV feel.

Final Words: Rio is a good buy for the money it comes in. Serves both the city as well as the highway purpose very well. In city when it comes to tight parking places, cramped roads etc. Highways cos of its ground clearance gives the passenger a smooth ride.

Areas of improvement After-Sales Service, the company management has roped garagewala to be their official Service station. The Dumbest thing done. How could a customer be satisfied walking into a garage? Very 80's Mentality where once the vehicle is sold you go to garage and get yourself ripped off.

Looks Smart & Cute, Good Road Grip , Good Veiw for the DriverMarketing & After Sale Service
