Ride Quality & Handling It's been two months that I am using AMT car. It is very comfortable to ride in traffic, very smooth and spacious. But I am very dissappointed with the mileage.

Even though they offer 22 Kmpl for Petrol AMT. I understand we don't get it till servicing.

But atleast you don't expect that you will get 12 or 13 Mileage. Also, in order to maintain that 13 kmpl mileage, I have to follow the below procedure:

1) Accelarate slowly.

2) Don't go far beyond 40 to 50 Speed.

3) Don't use AC, you can find the Mileage rating going down.

4) Again to achieve the required mileage, follow the above steps. Then only mileage single bar will increase slowly.

5) I already gave my first servicing 1000Km/1 month. In 1st servicing, they will just wash, clean and do checkups. The oil change will be done if you reach 10,000kms or 6 months.

NOTE: Till that time, kindly follow the above procedure to achieve the required mileage.

6) Seriously, atleast they should have given 16kmpl default mileage instead of starting from 9Kmpl (I got from this only, now I am getting 13.8kmpl).

Very disappointed with this.

Exterior and interiorVDI AMT Mileage issue

First thing get it in 'Varun Motors'. And it the best car in its segment. Unbeatable And everything is good in this car. I have a 2018/2017 Dzire VXi. Best controls and comes with whole lot of features. It has a good ferocious look and muscular body which makes it look very good and different in traffic. If you are thinking to buy it you are doing right.

Well what can I say this is my 3rd car and actually my second Maruti. And definitely is above expectations.

To start off:

1) The buying experience was seamless I was told that it could take upto a month to receive the vehicle however I recieved the vehicle within a week. I purchased the vehicle from autovista Malad and it was a hassle free experience.

2) Driving experience - Well my first car was a Maruti swift vxi 2008 which I loved and the reason behind that was that the car was so peppy it always could pull just drop down a gear and hit the accelerator and of you go. That however you will not experience so much in the Dzire petrol it has a much more smoother power delivery and well with the mileage it offers you cannot ask for more. The seating is comfortable. Ample cabin room feels like a big car on the inside. The controls for the the window glasses and the orvms however feel a bit dated.

3) Compared to the older Dzire the new variant has drastically improved in looks looks very appealing from the front the boot from the rear looks a bit short but you'll get over it after a while the lights on the front and the rear look great. And there's adequate chrome to make the car look upmarket. Interior colour combination also looks nice.

4) Pros and Cons - mileage is awesome on the highway however you don't seem to be getting the claimed city mileage. The doors need a good amount of force to shut. And the cream carpeting gets dirty very easily. It's a value for money car offers more that average space with a decent boot. The tyres on the Lxi /Ldi and Vxi/VDI variants look really thin when you look at the car from the rear. Top reasons to buy a Maruti - hassle free ownership. low maintenance costs. Parts are cheap. Great after sales.

I have been using automatic petrol variant for the past three months. Riding was very comfortable and needed two weeks to induct fully for auto shifting.

Fuel efficiency around 20 Kms in highway and 17-18 Kms in city driving. Very comfortable boots space. Touch screen infotainment, automatic climate control and many more features are on par with with other luxury segment vehicles.

Dzire is the best family car in the market for 8.25 lakhs.. Good space, seating positions, ride quality and great build quality. Engine is powerful enough for family use. Surprisingly the car is delivering good mileage. Also many good and modern features are there in the car. Many saftey features are also incorporated. Good car.

The car has almost all features of big car. The thing I liked most is rear AC vents, driver information system and smooth gear box in VDI model. The most amazing is vehicle stability, even at a speed of 120 to 140 KMPH. Finally the diesel model gave me a consistent average of 29 KMPL during long drives, even on ordinary Indian road. It is real value for money car.

I have purchased this vdi model in july 2017 almost 1 year my experience is too bad for this car. Plastic quality I must have to say that even datson go cost 3 lakhs approximately has better No feel that I have expended rs 8.5 lakhs Ac is worst in this car compared to alto 2008 model Alto have more effective ac looks are gud but no proper back view for the driver guys don’t purchase this car.

I can just say that brakes are not Sooo good, it even skids and abs not working properly. So it's like risking your life and buying good fuel economy car. It's a very light weight car. It just shakes much when some heavy weight vehicle like bus or truck passes near by. Even engine noise is horrible! Just think before you buy.
