Smooth riding and comfort feel and service is very good Boot space very large feeling good when i drived ciaz car look is very good interiors and exteriors is very unique that's why i purchase it

Ciaz the best best sedan

Amazing ride quality, power, control and comfort. Good mileage with AC on. Just go for Alpha 1.5 petrol and one rear trunk spoiler. Absorbs big potholes, thanks for R16 tyres provided. Feel rich with value for money car. Worth every penny spent.

The rate and pickup and look is good of a car. The front look and back look is so beautiful.The comparison of another car like sunny and Verna is so good ...so I want to purchase as soon as

1. Good 2. Excellent and feeling VIP like premium car 3. Look... No words to say 4. It's new I've not experienced but nexa is good. 5. Pros of Ciaz is that it's a Maruti so spares are cheap , service is easily available everywhere . Cons of Ciaz is that engine performance is just not adequate . If you will drive the car yourself then you would surely feel underpowered on highways .

In this price, it's a good car with no disappointments. Lots of space inside the car. Boot space is good. The best thing about this car is its mileage. Best mileage in this range with less maintenance. However, completing it with city or Verna then both cars are better in quality and performance. But if you want a sedan with less maintenance and repair then ciaz is the best option.

True Value for Money ! Worth every penny !

The buying experience was good and ne a makes you feel really special. The ride quality of Ciaz is impeccable! The engine is smooth and amazing! The SHVS gives great support for mileage! Back seat comfort of Ciaz is best in class, not other car offers that beautiful Legroom and thigh support Highway mileage I have got is a whooping 20.2 kmpl ... which is quite impressive ! Looks are decent . I had some one brushed me twice in the city traffic but I was amazed that the bumper fitment is sterdy and does not leave the place easily Maruti could have offered Iran sending wipers as an addition ! Rest all is just perfect ! A true value for money car ! No brainier from Maruti Suzuki Although I would Alsace lived to use the diesel in automatic which is missing

Excellent but lack of features

Sigma petrol is one of the best mid size sedan available in the MKT. After a long research and comparison between verna, city and ciaz I finally opted for ciaz because of following edges it has over other two. 1. Best in class space 2. Good driver comfort 3. Excellent mileage (17-18 in city and 23-24 on highways), thanks to smart hybrid 4. Very very low in maintenance. Cons: 1. Dashboard and instrumentation needs upscaling. 2. Lack of features and it sometimes feels a very basic car. 3. Lacks rev at low rpm. Good above 1800 rpm 4. Length is more and sometimes it feel cumbersome to drive and specially park in crampy spaces. No doubt the space adds to comfort from inside but it is definitely a problem when u drive it to some hill station where the roads are narrow and there is no parking space in mkt places. Overall a good car. But maruti should definitely make it rich in terms of features.

Happy family car

Maruthi ciaz it a family car lots of space available in this car more legroom and headroom are available. The car has a stunning and elegant design. The problem I felt with this car is low power the 1.3 engine is not enough to cruise this car. But Maruthi upgraded in new facelifted ciaz with 1.5 engine

Buying Ciaz from Nexa was a great experience, the service of nexa is excellent, the hospitality is great. I have driven honda city i vtec, hyundai verna in the past, wasnt planing to buy another sedan but seeing the cost of owning and cost of maintenance I decided to buy the New SHVS petrol ciaz. The exterior look of the car is great, maruti has also worked on the interiors of the car very nicely, with wooden trim running across the dashboard. The sound system is also very nice and easy to use, with good sound quality. The driving experience, performance of the car could be very good for the new buyer who have upgraded from hathback, but i didnt like the performance and driving experience of the car. There is missing of a push which generally is missing in most of the petrol run cars. But if you have chauffeur, then this is the best car in the segment. One thing i didnt like is that maruti calls ciaz its premium luxury but the key they provide is same from wagon r to ciaz. The service cost of the petrol variant is around 4000-5000 per 10k. This could depend on major service. Maruti has a good network of service dealer as well as easy availability of spare parts. So this makes it the best in this segment.
