I Purchased Honda City in August 2021 from Sundaram Honda, Nandanam, Chennai with a hope of enjoying this as a good var. But my thoughts were in vain. Right from the first day my driving experience was horrible. AC not working, Bad plastic smell inside the car causing skin allergy .Interiors are not good, Leg mat is worst design, Driver seat is not rigid-it is getting shaky while driving and its position changes automatically. While putting seat belt, the rear boot door is opening automatically while driving. It is very difficult to open the Petrol knob. The mileage is very poor-mileage is 10 kms only per litre during long drives, In city condition it is giving 6.5 kms only. Today fuel gauge also is not working, I put 9 litres petrol but fuel gauge showing no Petrol.
All the issues highlighted to the Sundaram Honda Sales Person, he did not give any solution. One day he asked to come to service. I went to their service centre at Nandanam, Their service personnel told that all the above problems can not be solved, this is not their responsibility. Once car is sold they will not take any responsibility and not even interested to highlight this issues with their higher officials and Honda City Car maker. Even they have not done 1st service also. I given 1st service to Olympia Honda. Earlier I was using Nissan Sunny Car-Diesel , it was giving 25 kms per liter after 8 years also.
Now I fed-up with this Honda City, even I am thinking that to sell off this Honda City because of their no service and no customer satisfaction after sales. I request this car maker also should note this problems and solve this issues if their dealer fails.
