    • SUSPENSION PROBLEM FROM DAY ONE

      1. I bought a new Maruti Ciaz ZDi+ (Rs. 10.65 Lakhs) from Magic Auto Pvt. Ltd., Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi.

      2. The delivery of the car was made on 08.09.2016.

      3. On 12.09.2016, I have left the car with Magic Auto P. Ltd at their show room with a complaint that the car is making a noise of thud on even the smallest of pit and that the sound is unusual and indicative of some problem in the suspension.

      4. I have been told by the dealer that the problem was with a bush of the suspension which has now been changed but the best quality bush will only be available after 20th September, 2016  which they will get fitted in my car.

      5. On further research on the net, I have read the same kind of experience from other customers also, which clearly indicates that the problem is just not with me but in the product supplied by Maruti Suzuki. The company is fleecing the customers by fitting low grade parts and then will mint money through the workshops when the customer will come with a complaint after some time.

      6. Based on this I have demanded a replacement of the car as this clearly is a case of defective product and a customer who has spent such a huge amount, deserves the car in perfect condition for long term peace of mind.

      7. The company has gone in denial mode.

      8. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE BUYING CIAZ.  COMPANY IS JUST MINTING AND BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

      SPACESUSPENSION, STEERING DOES NOT COME CENTRE, BACK SEATS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE, CHEAP QUALITY OF INTERIORS

    • BE WISE TO BUY THE CIAZ

      Exterior is perfect for this over crowded trafic, simple body can b repaired eaisely.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) is perfect for 5 person.Self driven or chauffeur driven both possible and convenient.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Little issue but it can be solved by frequent gear change, still you will get fuel economy. Gear box need some practise, it will become easy to use.

      Ride Quality & Handling is superb any trafic any space very easy to handle.Thanks to the electronic steering.

      Final Words One should consider this car, It is the best for our kind of trafic and road.

      Areas of improvement Are, the tires should be better quality  this will improve the overall performance of car that is cabin noise and fuel economy. Leather seats are not made well. quite loose fitting need some attention.

      MARUTI CIAZ ZDI+ RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR FEATURES OF LUXURY CAR IN MID RANGE SEDAN. IT HAS VALUE FOR MONEY, SPACIOUS AS WELL AS COMFORT.

      STYLE, LEATHER - COOL - COMFORT, MILEAGE AND SPACESALESMANSHIP, PRESENTATION IN SHOW ROOM AND POOR EXPLANATION OF CAR

    • Ciaz Is Best Car To Buy At Reasonable Price

      1. Buying experience: At the time I am planning to buy car its the best option to choose 2. Pick up and riding experience is so comfortable 3. Its looks like a top brand car, coming to interiors looks really premium and coming to performance really good 4. Very reasonably priced 5.pros: very good mileage, good comfort, premium look.

      Very nice car from maruti suzuki. i drive this car 125000 km. main qualities of this car : 1. very much spacious 2. class interior 3. all modern features 4. negligible maintainance cost, service cost is like a small car 5. look very luxury car 6. 20kmpl + milage in disel 7. parts are not expensive and service avaiiable everywhere.

      1.Handling and riding is very good 2.suspension are not too stiff not too soft, 3.car has good grip on road feals confident 4.even at high speed, being sedan greater milage as compare to other sedan, very spacious , 5.Low service cost , I had driven 75000km no problem what's so ever 6.it also save my life after having serious accident with truck not even have single scratch air bag deployed (pl wear seat belt). 7.car lack little less power.

    • Why to buy a ciaz

      It was a Hazel free buy with 2 months waiting period, my ciaz had a amazing driving experience, smooth drive on curves and great stability at a Sir on 120kmph, it's has a perfect sedan look with elegant interior and comfort. Just need regular servicing as per companies guide lines, approximately choosing around 15k After driving 50,000 km. Pros. 1. Amazing driving experience 2. Fuel efficient 3. Spacious n comfortable seating. 4. Low maintenance Cons: 1. Music system is not upto mark 2. Safety feature could be much better 3. Wind shield glass is a lot reflective.. Could use a better option.

    • Little bit shocker problem and engine sound??????

      Some shocker problem I mean when 4-5 person sits the cars start touches the ground in high speed so the shocker needs to be strong enough to hold 4-5 person.. In this luxurious car the company should provide fridge and rest of the thing is fine ..
