Basically great value for money package attractive looks 16inch alloy wheels touch screen great cabin space segment-leading mileage good road presence attractive looks projector headlight which greatly enhances the look of the car automatic climate control ac working really well car feel more premium in this segment.

Nice car compare to Altroz. If you take Mileage , service, resail value Baleno is best. It is specious than maruti swift. Service and buying experience is good. Tata showrooms are not customer friendly.

The worst move by Maruti Suzuki, the body is very much light & very poor build quality. Fuel economy is sufficient, space is great but in terms of safety it's very very bad, the body is very weak.

I purchased a Baleno Alpha Petrol . After ran 100 KM one Tyre found manufacture defect. After ran 3000 KM found engine sound. Very low quality parts. I suggest to everyone don't waste money for look of the car. New car is getting problem time to time. Don't waste your valuable time with money.

I believe the body quality should have been better. Both interior and exterior material used is quite low quality. Even if your car touches any vehicle or may be a wall as well while parking ,your car can get a dent.

Highly fuel-efficient, good looking sporty. The only problem is the body is made up of thin sheet metal. The gauge of sheet metal used for doors, the bonnet is very thin. Push a fingure on the door, it will cause a dent. The body is as thin as the newspaper. Press hard on the body, the dent will be seen. At high speed, even a dog hit can damage the entire body of the car.

All good. But the car dealers harass customer by forcing and making it mandatory for items like Teflon polish, chassis paint etc. I wish I could have purchased the car online and saved many thousands.

Overall baleno is look like a luxury car by its interior and by its look . But the one and only problem is about the quality of the body , for the mileage they have reduced its quality as much they can because the body is very weak. Actually i ride baleno around 2000 km On different types of road and when I am inside the car I feel like a luxury car but when the time of washing and all I face like the body strength is very very less . I am having baleno zeta 1.2 petrol manual version 1) buying experience I can rate it 4 out of five there was not that much problem but I have to get loan for that the company financial manager was not giving us the expected interest but later after a long talk finally I got with the same interest which is showing in the carwale calculation. 2) riding experiences I can rate it 5 out of 5 With a fear of if I gona hit anywhere what will happen to me because of the body quality. But when I drive the car I am getting a good feeling like I am sitting in a luxury car and the power also very good 3) About the look and power I can give 4 out of five The car looks like a luxury with projecter fog lamps and a class look with metallic magma grey colour and I am able to go around 100 speed without any gerk 4) Service and maintenance 4 out of five For the service there is no more problem with the service centre if we want they only come and pick the car after finishing they will deliver it our home .maintanence I didn’t face any difficulty till now because I bought it in the month of may 5 ) pros and cons Overall if the body also have good quality then I will prefer baleno who are looking a vehicle with around 8 lakh and all

I have driven this car about 23000kms since I bought in August 2018. I have done many long drives about 500-600kms one way and I can say the car is pretty reliable and has great FE, reaching up to 21kmpl(tank to tank). The engine is ultra-smooth and probably the best part in this car. Coming to the cons- Except engine, the car has the worst build quality. I completely mean it. Even a small pebble on the road can dent it's outer shell let alone any minor accident. It's a pretty feeble product on the outside and starting from door, roof,bonut everything feels so a week so much so that even a small accident is sufficient to cause maximum outer shell damage. Plastic quality is substandard and fit and finish is very poor. After 2 years I can hear cabin noise coming from multiple places which Maruti couldn't fix completely. In my opinion, it's highly regrettable and worthless to buy this car if we don't consider the quality of the engine. For sure, This is not for people who have safety in their mind as first preference.
