when we talk about buying experience so we know it sale through NEXA dealership which give you ease... I drive it 5000km or more and no issue ....... BEST IN LOOKS AND i drive petrol and it is best beacuse of , it pick speed quicky when compared to rivals and the handling and ride is good i think i give it 9andhalf/10(handling) , 8(suspension), and ride also 9and half . if you pick ity for city and family trip take it beacause it is best in segment consider to space (JAZZ IS COSTLY 45000) SERVICE COST IS GOOD. Value for money package and spacious, if you are smart you see that every car is compared with Baleno because it contains that x factor that no one have. Best car in segment u are not doing any mistake buy it.

Exterior It is fantastic or you can say eye pulling. Front view of this car gives a muscular look and if you check the sides it looks like curvy and crafted and from the back it is simply amazing sporty look. Headlamps with projector lights gives a sharp look. If you make chrome work from NEXA, look of your car will be highly improved. I have made it.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are user friendly and useful with the sense of security. I like its apple car play and voice command system. Now answering a important call is easy without any hassle. I also like in the entertainment system that video will not work in running car which is good to avoid accidents. This is called smart sense of security of user.

This car is king if you talk about the space. There is enough space between the front passenger even though they XXXXL in the size. You will find the enough leg space on rear seats so that you can keep your legs in180 degree position. So you can say that you need not to compromise with the comfort in any sense.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good. And the best thing is that this car is excellent in low fuel consumption. Gear is very swift and I liked it.

Ride Quality & Handling:- Ride quality is awesome with large tyres. You will feel very less jerk on odd roads even. Cabin is very silent and you will not hear the engine sounds or unwanted noise from outside.

Final Words It is a complete hatchback with feel of a premium sedan. Outstanding in value for money.

Areas of improvement It shoud have rear vent of AC and rear armrest. It will be more attractive with these two features and there will be no competition in this segment with these features.

Almost everythingRear vent of AC is missing. It should be there for that huge cabin.

First of all the buying experience with nexa was totally hassle-free, and the delivery experience was top notch. The ride quality of the Baleno is slightly better than average, cause let's be honest the average customer buying this car will be looking for comfort which this car provides. If you want to have a sporty ride around the corners the Baleno has a pretty raspy engine and the weight of the car is pretty less, therefore being very nippy, but the steering feel and suspension lack the feel for a sporty drive. The looks are definitely stunning it's one of the best looking cars in its segment with features like HID lamps, DRL's which appeals among the people. Next comes the service and maintenance in which Suzuki cars have been always the industry leaders even if I have any issues with the car, the dealership rectifies it with ease, but what I felt was during my 40k KM service my bill was around RS 10k, which I admit I had changed a drive door handle with the keyless system, wiper blades, oil and rest of the general services, but still 10k seems like a pretty big amount for a relatively a minor service. Overall I love my baleno, but over time since I have owned the car the quality of the interior has definitely shown some flaws, like rattling noise under the dash due to brittle material used. Rattling of door panel when bass-heavy songs play. These might be some nitpicking with the car but overall the pros weigh down on the cons so I am very much happy with my decision to buy the baleno in 2017. Hi, My name is Vinay, bought this car months ago from Nexa showroom, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. after 300 kms the car tyre has busted, I raised a complaint to RKS motors Malakpet, They have sent it to an apolo tyre dealer for review and it got rejected .I am Highly disappointed as this car was bought only months ago and for providing such cheap quality tyres , Now I have to buy a new Tyre as I won't be getting any compensation. Sue you Nexa, you guys don't care about customer satisfaction.

Riding is good up to 50000 after that I fell some sluggishness. I encounter manufacturing defect in a car tyre, I don't get the solution from the service side. service backup from some service centre is worst. Please don't go for Maruti. It's not exactly what I saw in the past.

Bought from Nexa 3 weeks ago. Nexa experience found nice and satisfactory. The car is amazing. Actually I love the driving experience more that before. Mileage is much brilliant than that of other similar segment petrol cars. But the quality of suspension, especially rear, is not upto the expectations. And the quality of interior plastic is also not upto the mark, but not bad.

A long drive from Durgapur, West Bengal to Bangalore with family was rather a memorable journey. Since then my association with Brand Maruti has been intact. My next buy was Maruti Suzuki Ritz, which is great for zippy rides in Bengaluru Traffic. In August 2016, I upgraded to Maruti Suzuki Baleno Alpha 1.2 manual gear shift which I purchased from NEXA outlet at Museum Road, Bengaluru. I was impressed by its upscale looks, amazing yet stylish interiors, and the smart dashboard console. My Nexa Showroom experience was very good. The staff at Museum road showroom of Nexa were well aware of the premium product they were selling. Hattsoff to the amazing customer service of NEXA. Its been 2 years and 20,000kms now and I have never faced any issue with this car in terms of performance or maintenance. I get my car serviced as per Maruti's service schedule and its worth choosing them for genuine and prompt service. As most people say Maruti car is the best low maintenance car in India, now I assure you it is... Owning 3 generations of Maruti cars, I feel pride to share this with all of you. To all the new buyers, go ahead without any doubt and buy this car! Its always worth your budget. And as the Maruti's tag line says " Count On Us" you can trust them on this.
