Defective car was sold to me

I bought HONDA AMAZE 1.2 I-VTECH CVT AUTOMATIC (2019 MODEL) car on Gudi padva (6YH aPRIL from Regend HOnda Thane. After 3 days from the date of purchase I lodged oral compliant, some creechhhh sound comes from steering when I use Reverse gear. Regenda Honda technician said it comes from all Honda Amaze, some technical flaw is there in the CVT technology. Then again I lodged one more compliant, when I ride in little bumby or raw road, I received some sounds from wheel like drum sound. again Regent Honda technician said, it is problem in all Honda amaze cars. I feel defect car was sold to me. Otherwise nice it is a nice car to use.
