BMW X3 xDrive30i launched in India at Rs 56.90 lakhs

- The petrol-powered X3 joins the two diesel engine options in India.

- The xDrive30i comes with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with 250bhp and 350Nm.

- It goes up against the Mercedes-Benz GLC300 and Range Rover Evoque SE petrol.

BMW has launched the new petrol-powered X3 in India in the xDrive30i trim for the price of Rs 56.90 lakhs. The petrol X3 is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbocharged four-cylinder motor which produces 250bhp and 350Nm. 

The transmission is an eight-speed Steptronic unit which sends power to the xDrive four-wheel-drive system. The SUV can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 6.3 seconds. The petrol X3 is offered in the Luxury Line which comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, chrome grille, Vernasca leather upholstery with contrast stitching and wooden trims. 

BMW is also offering the BMW Display Key with the new X3, besides welcome light carpet, rearview camera with park assist, and wireless charging. The petrol motor gets auto start-stop function, brake energy regeneration as well as four driving modes.

Safety wise the xDrive30i comes loaded with six-airbags, attentiveness assistance, dynamic stability control (DSC) including cornering brake control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobilizer and crash sensor, and ISOFIX child seat mounting.

The petrol X3 goes up against the likes of Mercedes-Benz GLC300 and Range Rover Evoque SE petrol.
