Poor Mileage, costly spare parts. Maintainence cost is very high. No repair of parts you have to change the parts if any fault or damage. These things must be taken care off by the company. AC compressor changed in 3rd year. If by anychance you have to get this kind of damage than minimum 30000 bill you have to pay. Therefore my experience is very costly with Ford.

I bought this car in Oct'20 after extensive research in the segment. I test drove Nexon, Venue, Sonet, Xuv300 before finalizing this beauty. Till now I have driven more than 7500 KMs without any problem. I love driving this car. No car can match the driving Dynamics of this beast. I have completed 2000kms in 4 days in November. Throughout the journey, there were 5 people with full luggage but nobody had any problem or un comfort. Driving on the highway is just awesome you won't feel anything inside the cabin even on 140km/hr. This car is so steady and gives the best confidence to the driver. The car has all the necessary features which are needed and SYNC 3 touchscreen infotainment is best in this segment or even up to 20 lakhs. The cabin is spacious and the seats are well cushioned and comfortable. Currently, the car is giving mileage of more than 21kmpl on highways and around 17.5 km/l in city. Completed 1st free service and second service estimate are around 1800 given by service center. The only issue I found till now is the stiffer suspension which is boon for highways but in the city, the ride may give jerky feeling, if tyre pressure is not right. Overall ES still best in the SUV segment and provide the Best Value For Money.

This was my third car and first mini SUV that I have owned.I should say it was the best experience of the three. After owning Maruti cars , I had a feeling to try some of the other brands. After a year of research I settled for Ford's reliable machine for many years. Yeah! and it felt reliable the first time I sat behind that wheel. It is still the same feeling till now. The best thing of this vehicle is the Drivability, it beats all competition in the drive feel. As I have test driven many SUVs and even had the privilege to drive some of them for long drives. I would recommend this Vehicle for people who love driving but this is not for people who are looking for good resale value and also the rear seat space is not that great as well. One of the pros I should mention is that front captain seats are really comfortable and better than many other SUV's in the market which I felt are a touch soft for long drives.

Ford India went aggressive in terms of marketing about their vehicles and that has started reflecting in the consumers' mindset about the brand. Dealership are mindful about the client's preference and are courteous enough with accepted levels of understanding and service. The vehicle I choose over Honda City V cvt, Honda WRV, Verna and opted for EcoSport only because of its ground clearance,,a decent engine and all the bells and whistles it's comes with (Titanium + Variant) Vehicle drives well on the tarmac surfaces with outstanding stability in straight line, throw it in corner and the weight 1300kgs+ shows its signs.... Lot of body roll and under steering..... Fortunately Traction control, ESP and EBD helps in keeping the vehicle in control. Progressive braking is something which takes some time to get used to... Engine Anti stall feature helps on climbs but becomes scary in traffic as it start powering the wheels as soon as it detects a stall. ( Engine and electronics I am just braking to keep the distance from the car ahead plz don't power up now ) Coming to worst side of the Vehicle.... 17inches and poor shock absorbers.... Ride quality is poor every little bump lump line crack and everything you call it is felt inside....and is felt in a sharp manner Servicing and maintenance is good in terms of satisfaction and average in terms of cost. Guess it's too early to say but till now it is good. Verdict - Good for a family of 4, Diesel is efficient, ride quality is poor with 17 inches and a bit hard with 16inches. If possibility of a stretch in budget go for Creta 1.6 Diesel. If you don't venture into the uneven paths and no tarmac or layered areas .. go for City petrol. Overall an ok vehicle but needs a lot of improvement in ride quality. Happy Motoring !

If you are fond of driving just go for it , I just driven only 1600 km's, on highway approx. 600 km's, it's a fully controlled car with lovely driving dynamics , earlier I am driving wagon R on daily basis but within one month I got confidence on Eco sport and started now using it daily and sold wagon r .Its really a sturdy car.

Never understood the meaning of ford Ecosport advertisement " If you don't own one you will never understand" but after owing one and driving , fully satisfied and understood what it means. After many research and test drives concluded to Ecosport 2021 titanium diesel now ran almost 1800 km's very happy with the car due to its driving dynamics and sheer pleasure of driving ,ford has done a fantastic work even the delivery experience was great no hiccups any where. Still looks competitive.

Superb in driving even in speed. All around is makes a unique style when you go around in crowd or jam line you are more comfortable in this than other cars in this segment. Only the thing is it's tight clutch and break system if it's long drive it's awesome.. but in city or busy narrow traffic line ,bit a tough.

Buying experience was great, Driving experience is best in the world, nice handling added by Ford in this beast car . Best looks , performance is great Service and maintenance is great the Ford service people is great No cons in the car ..... pros - looks , and everything.

I got the chance to drive this car for few hundred kms. Love to drive this automatic car I drive. Many automatics cars including BMW and Mercedes. This give me same feeling and love it
