    • Good car but avoid AMT

      Had a positive buying experience at showroom. The follow ups were consistent but had issues with accessories availability. The car feels very sturdy on highways and cruises like a plane. The handling and build quality inspires confidence in your drive. The problems start while driving in city traffic especially bumper to bumper conditions. The gear upshifts from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 are highly inconsistent. Some times they shift correctly and other times it end up revving the car far too much which can cause significant damage to the engine. I have seen the AMT remain in 1st gear at 25kmph or 2nd gear till 45kmph far too often as if it forgot to shift gears. Trying to switch to manual in such situations is also not helpful as some times you end up in 1st gear after switching to manual mode which causes even more rise in RPM. Had opted for AMT specifically due to Bangalore traffic conditions but looks like this is going to add more to my headache. As for everything else, it definitely feels one of the better Made in India cars. You can buy the Nexon with full confidence but please avoid AMT.

    • Key issue

      I bought Tata Nexon XMA-S model petrol automatic car. very much strange that company provide only one remote key, Very much surprised Besides this issue this is the best car. Value for money. I would like to complain about this to Tata Cars. it's not acceptable at all after paying 12 lakh you get only 1 key Remote .

    • Quality and performance has to be checked properly at the time of delivery

      On delivery time two complaints reported to the dealer. A-C was not working properly. Damage is seen on the left side of the front light. After a few days, it's sunroof also not worked.. Totally disappointed with the car.. I think the performance and quality checking hasn't done by the company properly

      Unbelievable Car..!! It gives you a feel of riding a premium car. No other car can beat this in the Mini SUV segment. Ground Clearance, Space, Suspension, Turbo Charge Refined Engine, Harman Music System, Driving Modes.. Bang on for the build quality..!! I would surely recommend this Indian made Bull..!!

      Driving experience could have been a little better. The power delivery in the amt is not the best. The manual version is better in terms of power delivery. Also the manual version provides better mileage.

      Nexon is the best in class, with a very good pricing.No one offers such a good mix of safety, sunroof, space, good looks and Suv feel at such pricing. My purchase experience was also fab for xmsa model. Though avg may be a concern,but I feel that you still win as not much difference as compared to others in the segment. Foreign company may attract you with the feature but which may be of no use to you on top of they lack safety features.

      Sturdy & safe, comfortable, spacious and real-time masculinity with brains. Tata did extremely well Nexon in terms of value proposition. Cons - slack in gear rotation with AMT + fuel efficiency.

      Excellent car. See exterior is little disappointing just because of the exterior the whole car looks like a daba form side and back view. But the rest of the things are descent. You will enjoy a luxury experience inside the car.
