Tata indigo eCS LS TDI Engine Buying riding 68000 SELF use 58000 total 126000 Experience is good not West money Servicing and maintenance cost is regularly all ower car same. Good car Value for Money only second hand car. Buying second hand car tata cheapest price direct to owner's and check everything is ok to buying

I own this car from past 6 years. It has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance cost is low. I was told that Tata cars have high maintenance but seems they were wrong. A good value for money car with good space especially the boot. Harmmen music system is nice. You can go long stretches with confidence. It's f-shift gear system is too easy to use. Spacious and elegant. It's average is also very good. AC even it's on doesn't effects the performance. Sad that Tata has discontinued this car.

Areas of improvement  

 This is the cheapest - poorest quality car - I have come across. A car one wouldnot recommend to even one's enemies. Note following stats:

Its rotary control switches (rarely touched) started malfunctioning in just 13 months of use. In my earlier third world Korean Car, Santro, all switches and controls functioned well for 10 years, 100000kms.

Air conditioning system conked out in just three years, 23000 kms. In the earlier Santro, it worked without any issues for 8 years, 75000 kms.

The door sealing never worked. The sealing strips started coming out in the first three months of use. Water flooded in during the monsoon. In the earlier Santro, I drove the cars thru full tyre deep water without any issues.

The lamp shades on the front and rear roof lamps was always falling off.

Engine firing connection in a couple of the cylinders came off in just one year of operation.

To cap it all, the poorest service level that one can imagine. Feedback and complaints were always traded around without any concrete outcomes.

Believe only a fool would buy a Tata Car. It's one of its kind. A Plug and Pray Car.

 Exterior looks compact and has good designing.The new eCs version looks better than the previous versions.

 Interiors are basic and not upto the mark. Much better quality is required in the insides of the car.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Gearbox is a troubling aspect of this car. Not very smooth at times. Engine does good and fuel economy of the car is decent. 

Ride Quality & Handling

 Ride quality is very smooth and it's easy to manuver the car in tight spaces. Ease of drive suits the daily requirements. 

Final Words

 A good car to own for people who don't have a budget of more than 7.5 lakhs. Much better seating and sturdy car for driving in the city. Good on mileage and easy to maintain. The diesel version gives good average and most of the aspects of this car are correct and for Indian users. 

Areas of improvement  

 The car's interiors lack attractive finish and needs a lot of refinement. The gearbox needs refinement too as it becomes little uneasy at times. More attractive colors and automated controls would do wonders with time. 

 

Easy to handle,smooth steering,big boot space, decent mileagespeeds on highways not much,basic interiors,better colours required for all the models

Exterior :- looks elegent , good curve on the Body , Optimum Length & Ground Clearence , Perfect feel or sedan in price of Hatch Back

Interior:- needs lots of work on the interior , better than Fait , Premier Padmini, Ambsador , ... Butt still its feels like you are siting in the car which is still in factory without interiors works to be done 

Fuel economy :- I always proud to stand in the que to refeule of diseal , as i dont have to worry about the next refullling, its best in class in Mileage.

Ride Comfort :- Happy to feel that TATA had Made it , after a long get sucess in keeping the engine Noise low & Vibration , AC works better than earlier one but still some time produe a undue Noise .. 

Boot Space :- Optimum Boot sapce to provide a comfort in journey to keep your luggage safe

It was quite heroic moments moment's when I drove this car the interiors was quite awesome with a splendid fuel consumption all I need to say is you should go for it...... You too will love it to the fullest

Details about looks, performance etc: This car maintenance already good for my knowledge and understanding.
Servicing and maintenance: Thi car no any problems in the market and market mechanic. Mechanic also available easily in the market.
Pros and Cons: My Best Choice For this best product or the car companies brand .

Servicing and maintenance: Servicing and maintenance is high.Car AC ,Engine and suspension are not able to perform good while car running is around 200km in a day
