Pulse has an excellent track record ever since I bought it. 30000 km and counting, my blue pulse still drives as new since I have really maintained it well and as far its maintenance goes, it has never been more than regular. I bought it in the first place because it was really good to drive and felt comfortable. It looked much better than wagon r, micra or alto. I was really impressed with how they have made the car. It has best in the class Renault k9k dci engine which pumps up 63 bhp power, 251 lt of boot space and a very comfortable and silent cabin. It is also very fuel efficient. As a new one it performed 16-18 in the city which was great, while on highways it was easily 20. I love this car and deserves all the money. Pulse has been a great companion and I have had some great times driving it.

Exterior

New pulse looks just like the old one but is loaded with better features. The exterior is unique and looks good in dark colour more than white. I like its looks and I think it does not look like micra, in fact it looks better.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Now they have introduced ABS in this model, nav system, upgraded interiors with better looks. Steering mounted audio controls and driver seat is more adjustable now. Boot space is also enough and sitting space is comfortable. Storage compartments, cup holders are placed comfortably. Distance to empty and other features like door open warning, fuel low warning are useful and convenient.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 The car performs exceptionally well and driving pleasure is good even for a diesel car. The gearbox compliments the engine and there is no pickup issue. Suspension is good and on the highways this car glides without any issues. 

Ride Quality & Handling

 Ride quality and handling are very balanced. I enjoy driving this car and it doesn't stress me out even in traffic. I like driving it at top speeds as well, it responds really well that way. I am happy with this car.

Buy this car if you are looking for a good looking car packed with all new features, fuel efficient and a decent hatchback.

It was a smart decision to buy this car since I was looking for an urban hatchback that not only looks good but is fuel efficient and sturdy enough to handle bad roads. The interiors are also very attractive and actually the driving and handling is what impressed me more. The driver seat is very comfortable and adjustable and so is the steering. The space in the cabin is ample and you can carry as much luggage as you want since the trunk space is really big. As a family car also it is very convenient. Sometimes my wife also drives it and she really likes the feeling. The engine is powerful and does not rumble even at high speeds. Good car for those looking for a cost effective and feature rich hatchback. quick delivery and good service by the Renault dealership I got. I love my pulse a lot.

Driving pulse since two months now and I am really satisfied with the car. I bought it after it was recommended by my brother in law. I took a test drive and I could see what he was talking about. The car has very good pick up and the engine is 1461cc, very fuel efficient, one of the best diesel engines from Renault. I got my car delivered in a week since I made some accessory changes in the car like matting and wheels. The interior is splendid and high tech too. The music system along with Bluetooth and also there are call controls on the steering, the orvms are electronic and the steering too. The automatic headlamps and the smart lock, push button start are cool. Price wise it seems a bit costly but the features make it worth it, not to mention the looks, it looks sporty and fresh in terms of design.

 RENAULT SHOULD CONTINUE SELLING PULSE.SHOWCASE PULSE ALONGWITH KWID.CUSTOMERS WANTING A BIGGER/PREMIUM HATCH CAN SETTLE FOR PULSE.START ADVT FOR PULSE.I HAVE A STRONG FEEL THAT POOR ADVT.HAS RESULTED IN THIS GREAT CAR NOT DOING NUMBERS.ALSO COLOUR CHOICE SHOULD BE MADE LIKE MICRA AVAILABLE IN MANY GOOD ATTRACTIVE NEW COLOURS.

Areas of improvement   SERVICE.WITH KWID BREAKING ALL RECORDS RENAULT SHOULD THINK OF AN ALTERNATIVE FOR KHIVRAJ.KHIVRAJ HAS REALLY KILLED THE BRAND.DEADLY FELLOWS.THEIR WORK IS SHABBY & TAKE DAYS FOR A SMALL WORK THAT CAN BE DONE IN SAY 1 OR 2 HRS TIME.

LITTLE BIT OF PROMOTIONAL WORK CAN LIFT P\NOT ONLY PULSE ,BUT ALSO SCALA,FLUENCE & KOLEOS-ALLTHESE ARE GOOD GREAT CARS LIKE THE DUSTER. HOPE RENAULT LISTENS.THIS IS ESSENTIAL AS IT WILL FIGHT WITH THE MIGHTY GIANTS WHO ARE WAY WAY AHEAD OF RENAULT.SO APPOINT REALLY GOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS.

EVERY ASPECT IS GOOD IN THIS CARSERVICE.RENAULT'S ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS SHOULD CHANGE

Decent car, decent rate, easy to drive, low fatigue, rear suspension is poor, body roll, turning stability is fearful on high speed, ground Clearence is medium so it it’s on bigger speed breakers. But maintenance cost is very high compared to Maruti. 40k ,50, 60k are very high payment service around 16000 to 25 000. Very upset.

Am using this car past 8 month it's amazing superb performance good mileage, good space powerful engine very stylish look with all feature smooth ride compare to swift, I 20, this car makes me feel good in long ride it has good suspension.blindly we can go for pulse I love this car. I never felt tired while driving my pulse.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are very good than Swift. Offers very good saftey Features like airbags and ABS.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very nice engine with a rev Band of 4000RPM. We can able to find the essence of the each of the gear. When we want toovertake a vechicle in slow traffic just shift down a gear and it just serves the power instantly. The good point is there is not turbo lag at any point of the situation. For me it gives a over all Fuel Economy of 20.8KMPL in both city and Highway. I have driven it for 92000 km. It is as good as the Day I brought it from the showroom. The gearbox is very smooth and slik. It has a wide range of Torque.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality is very good. It has a great suspension system with gives you the sound of the suspension working but will not get the jurks to you.The car Handling is very nice.It take sharp curves very easily and responce from the steering wheel is a plus point for this car.
