Exterior Front and side views are great..But some improvement required in the rear.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very Spacious, neatly arranged dash, steering vlume controls, rear vent, auto a/c. Dash board storage space could be designed in a better way.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is very responsive. Good pick up. My sunny giving 19.7kmpl at 7500km (5 months old) which I feel very good in pahtetic roads of kerala.

Ride Quality & Handling Smooth drive and easy to handle irrespective of its size Steering is electrically controleed it is easy to turn at lesser speed and becomes stiffer while driving at high speeds. Its inturn adds to safety as it avoids slips.

Final Words Great caaaar which is really value for money.

Areas of improvement Ground clearance should be improved seriuoslyu which Nissan should look into..its definelty less than 165 mm now. atleast should be taken to 165 mm..rear design can be little modified to make it more attractive in looks from all sides.

Exterior Good looks, however there seems to be a scope for front look improvement.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I and most of my family members are around 6feet tall. the main reason for buying this car was the ample leg space. I will have to admit that the leg space and rear seat comfort it offers is simply excellent compared with any car you name.

Even the features it offers like 2 air bags, ABS, EBD, BA, electronic power steering, keyless entry, you wont find all these in a similarly priced car.

The dash board should have been in double colour with a wooden tinge. which would have improved the grace internally.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performance is good, the pickup, drive comfort, all is excellent. you can feel a sudden power burst if u press the accelator for a bit longer time. I have driven the car for 1050km till now, and have not crossed the speed of 80km, have driven it with A.C. on for 80-85% of the time and also driven on bad roads for roughly 100-150km where i had to drive in the 3rd or 4th gear only, AND TODAY THE GUAGE SHOWS FUEL EFFICENCY AS 23.5KMPL.  as against the ARAI certified avg of 21.65kmpl. SIMPLY MARVELOUS.

Areas of improvement Interiors. The dashboard needs a facelift- dual tone with a wooden tinge would do good. The Digital display at the centre should be slightly bigger. Gear shifting feels a bit hard and needs improvement.

Exterior The exterior looks and styling is exceptional especially in white colour. The front bumper, head lamps, grill and the back boot is got a unique rounded look. Stretched in size as compared to many sedans at this price point. I am enjoying the admiration of the car with its fresh in appeal and novelty factor owning a Nissan car in the city of Mumbai.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The colour scheme of the dash, fabric and other material is good and feels re-freshing. The space and comfort for passengers is simply outstanding. The fit and finish of the material used is nice. XL Petrol version has the is stuffed with features for the urban family needs.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Having completed around 1500 kms the performance of the petrol engine is nice; pick is smooth and currently I am getting mileage of around 12-13 km/ltr in city conditions. Though I think this shall improve to upwards of 15 km/ltr as the car completes 5000 kms with the first oil change.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride is comfortable in city and highways; though I havnt yet crossed the speed of 90kms/hr.

Final Word More than satisfied with the purchase and let me remind all its not just a car... its a CAAAR !

Areas of improvement Improve the size of tyre 14" to 15" thereby further augmenting ride quality. The gearbox needs some improvement, as feels notchy at times.

Exterior styling, interior comfort, space, and finishGear box

Exterior Exteriors are nice, give a feeling of a big expensive sedan.  Happy with the car atleast for those who havent driven it

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good space but looks like that they have curtailed the bottom of the seat. I am used to keeping my mobile phones in front of me on the seat between the legs while driving and with this car they always keep falling. Infact its atleast 2 inches smaller compared to a dzire VXI or a Skoda Laura.

The car is too light and becomes bumpy on all pot holes, the shockers are also not too smooth (comparing with dzire best shockers even better than the laura).  Plus since its an overgrown car without much internal fittings it makes a lot of noise like hitting a large metal box which is all hollow.

The brakes - everytime i put a brake on speed above 50, everything on the rear side (including passengers) comes down.  The car feels to be too unstable while driving especially when braking and turning.  

The turning radius of the car is too large and you have to atleast take 2 turns. 

Gear - the first gear usually has a problem.  Also i think its gear ratio has been lowered to be driven at higher gears at a lower speed.  I usually do not come below 2nd gear even on almost '0' speeds and at a 80 kmph at 5th gear the rpm goes beyond 3.  So its more of a city drive (easy to drive in traffic) but not a highway car as beyond 80 it starts giving out a lot of noise.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel economy is good. 14-15 kmpl  in petrol is good.  Its low on maintenance.

Final Words Not worth the money. I would rather spend a bit more and buy a Hyundai Verna / skoda rapid (rapid is again low on quality of plastics like sunny). so best car in this segment remains verna or a honda city or Sx4.

Good space, kids can easily play at the rear its like a small moving room. So space (not comfort)Bad breaks, too light a car so always a rough drive

Exterior Cool and majestic.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very comfortable to drive in Highways. Has very good leg space. Seat thickness is good. Music system doesnt have USB support but mobile and IPOD can be connected throught AUX. Sound quality is good. The a/c is very good and gets car cooled down immediately.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very comfortable to drive in city as well as Highways. Gives good mileage of about 15kmpl in City and 22kmpl in Highways. Gear shift is little notchy.

Ride Quality & Handling Good highyway rider. Good power for overtaking with autoboost in every gear. Can do an S curve with ease. Has also got good ground clearance

Final Words Go for it. Simply superb and good value for money. Better drive quality than Rapid and Verna. Very proud to be drive SUNNY.

The worst company I have every come across. This is the 15th day when my car went for a minor repair and they promised me to deliver the car withing 4-5 days and till now I am hearing from these people that they will take 6-7 days more to deliver my car as they don't have a part and they have ordered for it and if I take stand on this then anybody weather he or she staying in any part of the world wont take more than a week to deliver anything weather it is a small stuff or a big LED across nations.

 good looks. beautiful body lines and looks big like caar. one important point is the bottom touches the humps easily with 3 to 4 people on board.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 excellent features and best in class space. you name any feature its there in this car. AC is excellent and steering mounted music system controls help a lot. interiors are excellent in this car. back seat space is excellent and accommodate a bench also and is not matched by any other car in this segment.

 engine performance of diesel model is excellent, good fuel economy, but gearbox gets struk at first and second gears is a concern.

 very good ride and handling. very comfortable to drive in city traffic and hasslefree.

 very good car with very bad breaks, which spoils entire car reputation.

everything like space, comfort, drivability etc.,breaking is horrible and terrorising when you apply breaks suddenly at unmarked speed breakers .

I like a interior of this car and the more space of this car. Engine performance is best.ground space of this car is suitable to rural area because it have lot of space. Car seat is very good.

It is my first car. And boy you have got a 2bhk space inside car. Boot space is also huge. Have liked my car very much have used it for past 8 years now. Waiting for new sunny model launch.
