I bought this car in 2019 when launched. Buying experience was ok with Rajalakshmi cars. Crossed 15000 kms. No issues till date except some scratching sounds while breaking down the hills. Rajalakshmi cars could not able to identify the problem. That's the main Cons. I have chosen AT for relaxed driving and Ertiga AT fulfills that. This is one of the pros. One important message: Please don't switch off the engine in AT cars while driving down the hills. This will deactivate the breaks and it will not work. I encountered this in my car. Finally I pulled the hand break and stopped the car. Luckily we escaped from the accident. Drive safely.

Wonderful car

Best family car for middle class

Comfortable seats for family with good leg space with well cushioned More power and torque Performance of engine is very good and outstanding. Best car in 7 seater segment in a budget.

I liked it mileage wise and comfort wise it's worth for money . control also good .but back row bit tight ac is good .. interior is good .. good ground clearance .automatic drive make u feel free...

New 2021 Ertiga Vxi AT variant

Bought new Ertiga, at first I found driving it very simple being MPV 7 seater with automatic vxi AT have 80 percent of essential required features including safety features. Performance looks good. Servicing goes as per completed number of kilometers and duration. Pros: 1 Cost is economical for MPV 2 Getting hybrid engine for fuel efficiency 3 Automatic variant which is easy to drive 4 Car is spacious. Cons: 1 Power could have been more Considering for a MPV big vehicle 2 Vxi variant should have configured rear camera

Good car from suzuki

It is the best car in this price range. It's fuel efficiency is very good. Automation also very good .if you stop the car then AC run on the battery and engine stop. Ittirior is also good.

Say no to Suzuki

Booked new ertiga While booking all their services are good, after booking they just say waiting duration is 2 to 4 weeks now its full 1 month is passed, now just inquired they say company has increased the waiting period 6 to 8 week's. Very bad experience this was my 2nd car. Suggest not to buy Suzuki Car. Better go for any other brand.
