Spoken to the executive and informed him that if you guys are unable to give me the ETA of car I rather cancel the booking, on which they said you may proceed and take your refund booking. That is you can only travel for 120 km almost at one refill. you don't have that many CNG stations in India so long journey is most possible on CNG. Buying experience was ok with Rajalakshmi cars. Crossed 15000 kms. No issues till date except some scratching sounds while breaking down the hills. Rajalakshmi cars could not able to identify the problem. That's the main Cons. I have chosen AT for relaxed driving and Ertiga AT fulfills that. This is one of the pros. One important message: Please don't switch off the engine in AT cars while driving down the hills. This will deactivate the breaks and it will not work. I encountered this in my car.
