Its been 40 days now, until today dealer is unable to give the arrival date, Sai Sevice Nuvem, Goa has very casual approach. Spoken to the executive and informed him that if you guys are unable to give me the ETA of car I rather cancel the booking, on which they said you may proceed and take your refund booking. I booked a month prior for my anniversary of high informed well in advance, but the delay ruin all over

Please adjust horn on steering...

My dear Suzuki, please put a press button for HORN in the steering, on right hand side of steering there is EMPTY space. Why can't u put a horn. It will be more comfortable for driving, pressing on center it will not be more convenient for us while riding... I will be happier if u study my point

Ertiga cng is the best car of 2020

Excellent car I have ever seen in the last 10 years in this budget spacious luxurious comfortable and stylish just like royal car. And average is also good on CNG. Driving is comfortable on long routes and city as well. But the diccky is no space for suitcase and other things.

CNG mileage and fuel capacity is low

The only problem with the CNG variant is the mileage it's about 16km/kg in city and the maximum fuel capacity of the CNG tank is 7.8kg this is the most you can fill. That is you can only travel for 120 km almost at one refill. you don't have that many CNG stations in India so long journey is most possible on CNG. Another thing even if the stations come up you will have to refill every 100 km which will waste a lot of time.

Amazing car

Supper car for 7 seater and good pickup also confert for long drive also ac cooling is amazing, interior and exterior also good and duting kong drive engine heating is vry low is plus point of car

CNG tank size to be increased to 20kg & petrol tank to be 40L only

CNG tank must be atleast 20kg capacity & petrol tank should be 40L only as CNG outlets are very less and not available on highways everywhere which has to be considered seriously.

Trust worthy Maruti

I bought this car in 2019 when launched. Buying experience was ok with Rajalakshmi cars. Crossed 15000 kms. No issues till date except some scratching sounds while breaking down the hills. Rajalakshmi cars could not able to identify the problem. That's the main Cons. I have chosen AT for relaxed driving and Ertiga AT fulfills that. This is one of the pros. One important message: Please don't switch off the engine in AT cars while driving down the hills. This will deactivate the breaks and it will not work. I encountered this in my car. Finally I pulled the hand break and stopped the car. Luckily we escaped from the accident. Drive safely.

I purchase from Rajeev automobile the agent who deliver was very bad behaviour. He forced me for Accessories of minimum 10K. Please never visit in this showroom. It was my last car from this showroom and Maruti Suzuki...
