Fantastic Ertiga. Real luxury vehicle of middle class family

Overall good performance worth a lot of investing in Ertiga. I feel driving like a high luxury car. Interior and exterior are of very detailed look. Middle class family can afford to buy this car. It has good wide range of network of service shops across all corners of India. Proud to be owning a real indian product.

Using it since Jan 2016 Pros 1 Excellent mileage with CNG even after 6 years 2 No extra maintenance or repair 3 Good pick up & touches 130 kmph on CNG 4 After sales service is good Cons 1. Space constraint for row 3 2. Like any other Maruti Car, after few years makes internal noises, while driving 3 Auto version, defogger, front panel with reverse camera, sun roof not available in CNG cars 4 Stepney Tyre is difficult to access during emergency

very bad mileage

Took delivery of our new ertiga zxi+ last week and getting very bad mileage. 9 kmpl in city and 14 kmpl in high ways. Not worth for money. when we check with showroom about this and the answer is "you will not what we advertise"

The story of The king

Buying experience was good but not excellent. Driving is smooth but it is a very light weight car so on high speeds, it feels like it is not controlled and you can feel the feel body roll. Looks are perfect but the outer line of Ertiga is the downside. Service is high like 6000 thousand for petrol. Petrol car pros is that the driving is smooth and the looks are perfect with fit and finish. Cons is body roll, maintenance etc.

Oil leakage problem

Oil leakage problem within 2000 kilometers. When you go for service. Again and again this problem has started. Maruti doesn't give accurate service warranty. Very bad experience with Maruti Suzuki Ertiga 2020 model. I had tried maruti genuine parts but nothing worked good. It's happening again and again

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXi review

The car is great, it serves its purpose of being a 7 seater . The third row seats are comfortable but taller passengers not feel the same . The tires size of the car is very small for the car, so bumps and potholes can be felt . The vxi option is the best value for money but if you want more features like parking camera, keyless entry, automatic climate control you will have to go with the zxi option.

1.5 L Engine 6 gears 1,3,5 and Reverse gears Not engaging.

I purchased new ertiga VDI 1.5 engine July 4, 2019, AIE Cars Nellankarai Chennai. within 20 days gear selector cable 1,3,5 gears not engaging 2,4,6 only working. I complained Maruti regional office they told the gear cable is a problem it replaced under warranty and changed the gear cable and returned to 04/08/2019. Again within 25 days (1/09/2019) that same problem gear not engaging. again I escalate the mail to regional territory manager he told first time that cable replaced by the dealer (AIE CARS) this time I replaced in our Maruti main technician and check the monitor to full vehicle checkup and reading also send to our head office. after changing the cable assy shift & select cont and clip sel cable replaced in our vehicle. very worst Maruti showroom in Chennai AIE Cars.

Very good not the best suv.

If u have 2 lakhs extra go for Mahindra marazzo. Which is best segment in ertiga range.. very safe comfortable.. ertiga tin Ka dabba hey thoda sa lag Jaye na to andhar ghus jata hey.. very poor build quality.
