From the day I have purchased this vehicle. Many noises coming from the interior of the car like from steering wheel, doors on bad roads etc. Service advisors are not accepting my problem. Some other problems with the car: Steering wheel feels very hard. Gears are not as smooth as honda city. Rear seat head is very bad.

We bought the ciaz in the year 2016 from a regular maruti dealership as the car was not being sold at the nexa dealership in 2016. The total on road price on the 1.3 delta with alloys and other accesories costed us close to 12lac.The car has run about 32000kms and the engine does its job well.It feels a bit underpowered below 1.7k rpm but then as the revs climb the engine pulls cleanly. Ciaz looks are decent and will appeal to most of the buyers. Maintainence costs are a bit high considering that the maruti service costs are cheap as people assume. Pros: Very good fuel economy Value for money Rear seat space Cons: Low ground clearance Rear headroom Average interior quality turbo lag below 1.7k rpm

I have given the title "breaking the myth" to my review because Maruti Suzuki cars are not what people think they are. The car although is beautiful, but somehow lacks in the area of performance. The punch that you expect from a car as soon as you hit the throttle, is missing. I guess the SHVS engine is a considerable excuse for that. But the problem with Maruti Suzuki is that they have the almost the same diesel engine for a swift, as well as for am Ertiga. The pickup of the car is not so good. I'm 6'3" and sometimes I have to struggle on the driver seat because I have to set it in a really laid-back position so that my hairstyle doesn't get ruined by touching the roof again and again. The car is however comfortable and spacious. The way it moves in high speeds is amazing because it somewhat sticks to the road due to it's aerodynamics and makes you feel a lot safer. You can turn easily even at high speeds. The breaks are upto the mark and the car has been comfortable for long drives. The boot space is amazing! The only problem I had was with the company's after sales service. They simply lack the quality. At some service centers, people don't even talk to the customer properly. There have been a number of cases, one even with my father's friend who got his money stolen from his wallet that he, by mistake, left in his car. The servicing of Maruti cars is NOT AT ALL CHEAP. We got our first major service recently and the bill was of ?9500. Please note - my uncle's Fortuner got serviced in ?8000. The parts too, aren't that cheap. Another thing, the one which irritated us a lot is the fuel efficiency that the company claims on this vehicle - 28.01 for the diesel variant. This was one the factors because of which we bought the car. But the car refuses to give more than 18 kmpl in city even when you drive it with "extreme caution" (talking about keeping it in low rpms). I approached the company about this and the last reply from their side was - Sir, city mai isse zada nai degi, aap 50 ki speed par 5th gear mai chalao. Poor response from the company. In all, good car, worst company.

Comfortable & great experience, Good one in sedan. It looks awesome from both exterior and interior. Its value for money that all other sedans comes above 15L. Its costs u below 15L. Mileage is ok, performance is superb . Only 1st service done . It's good as of now.smooth n comfortable while riding.

I did a samall test drive of this so my experience is based on that. The ride quality is okay not very good nor very bad as compared to other brands mainly hyundai. The engine comes to life after 2500-3000 rpm it is the point from where it picks up the pace as being a diesel engine it is tend to be a bit slow but it was slower then expected overall ride quality is okay for day to day city rides... But for quick overtake you have to think twice. In terms of looks it is far better then the older version placement for DRLs are perfect it looks premium and with led tail lamps it gives the feel of a much expensive car. But as soon as you sit in you will feel that it could have been better because the doors are too Light they lack quality and some hard plastic here and there overall it is value for money As maruti being the company which is always in top in terms of sales after sales service is very good and parts are also affordable as compared to other brands so it is always a plus plus for the user. Service is 10k kms is very short. some people hase take in 2 month to complete 10k kms... maintenance is average 5. Pros : ride and handling, milage, comfort, boot space Cons : as per car size engine is small. under the hood ciaz needs 1.6L s-cross engine, tyre size is also small in lower varients.

Very nice car and I love it Value of money and diesel average is 22-25. and enterior so very impressive and lovely and back seat is vary comfortable for any type person and smart hybrid so very best and useful for save the fuel. And also boot space is more of this segment any car and very comfortable sedan and all types usually. My favorite car.

I bought this car in Jan 2018...I am feeling a lot for purchasing this one and felt I made a bad decision...the plastics used inside are really really freaky and the steering the worst...the seats are shaking like a vibrator when engine gets started...the key for a 11.5 lak car is like a Tata nano...overall maruthi is making India terrific by it telling a economic car....at this segment and price it's only a plastic box...
