    • Result of 3-month and 18-car research-Ciaz

      I purchased the new ciaz petrol Alpha automatic last year in October. Before purchasing this car, I had taken test drive of almost 18 cars in the less than 20 lakh budget. all sedans where petrol automatic. out of all the cars I test drove I had shortlisted three cars The volkswagen Vento , the Maruti ciaz and Hyundai Verna. The ciaz Automatic was not available at that moment for a test drive and I had to wait for 1 and half month. Vento was very stable, very strong, cheaper and had a very smooth automatic drivetrain. the only drawback was the rear bench space. Verna was a bit expensive, the features were more but the ride quality and the rear bench space was not as much as the Ciaz. I chose the Ciaz because of its value for money, the smoothness of automatic transmission and the ride quality. however the build quality is not up to the mark as the body is not strong. but features wise, this was the only car to get ESP along with ABS and EBD. the fuel mileage is around 13 on the highway and 11 in the City which is expected out of this big sedan. it has been almost over a year that i am driving this car and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. But 4 stars coz of inferior built quality!

    • WORST CAR

      The worst quality CAR , from day 1 n numbers of problems , Worst Shock absorber . Unfortunately the dealer service team does not know ABCD of new systems. Very Low mileage Faulty shock absorber Damaged interior

      Pick up is good Design is gorgeous All over the car is good I think whosoever buy this car is doing correct,because this car is so much graceful and driving is better than other cars. It's features are so much attractive ,when I sat inside the car I felt very much appreciated So this car should all have.

      Bought this car last October....had to wait for 2months to get the car... The car has its eye-catching look.. And the handling is butter smooth.. The acceleration is great.... I'm satisfied with my car.. Pros: Handling Looks Space - lots of it Acceleration Cons: AMT gear box 4 gears Built quality...

    • Facing Weight Load Transfer Quirky Noise and Worst after Sales Service.

      I bought the New Ciaz last December 2018. Buying Experience was great. The Car is a nice Drive and has a good On- Road presence. but the after sales service from Maruti and Nexa is pathetic. So my car has not even done 4k Kms and 6 months but already facing issue. There is Weight Load Shifting Noise in the cars. when asked the Service station they reply. Sir this Voice won't go as this Voice is Present in all Maruti Cars and there is Nothing which they can do. I have escalated the issue with the Service Centre. But no revert yet. Not at all Satisfactory with the Services and Experience from Nexa or Maruti Service Station.

    • You will spend money more than your EMI for petrol expenses

      Worst milage and pick up. Never go for automatic version that too petrol. It's just bluff that car is giving 20+ rather it's just 9 or 10 in city and 14 in HW. Provided if you drive 50km per hour

      Nexa does not fail you in providing the best buying experience. The car is very comfortable and ergonomic. The details and the looks are something that pulled me towards ciaz. I have had my 1st service at 1000KM and have found no issues. Pros: The looks, cruise control, sports mode, hill hold assist, ESP, TCS and EBD Cons: 4 Gear Automatic, Sheet metal quality is very thin.

      Hello Everyone, I love this car as much as me. This is a car which changed my life I buy it before three months, it is very comfortable to ride in it, it is ver awsome because of its look nothing to say about it very beautiful. Its servicing doent cost much money. No need to service every time. If ypu buy this you will be lucky, I can say that it is one of the best car in India and all over the world. Thank you.
