      No interest in customer service. Tried to book a test drive but had no revert. Then went to the showroom to check out and was assured a TD within a week. Again no revert. Called up after a week and gave some lame excuse of version not available. Then one day got an SMS thanking for a test drive taken when I had not even taken the TD yet. Hopeless service. Please gear up or you will be out soon.

    • Never Buy from Kia

      Pathetic after-sales service. My car went in for accidental damage claim. Though I was promised a cashless claim in writing, it wasn't approved. My car has been in the Kia service center for over 3 weeks and yet they do not have the complete parts to fix it. When I call them, they keep on delaying and no listening or proper grievance redressal mechanism is in place at all. Worst experience than any other automobile company ever. Buy from Kia only if you would like to waste your time, effort and get irritated while they sit there and do nothing about it.

    • Good car...no test drive option for HTK 1.5 petrol

      Seems like very good car..I wanted to buy HTK 1.5 petrol version. They don't have test drive for this version or any version with same petrol engine. I got diesel version test drive instead which has all together different engine specs. Dealer (Vadodara city in Gujarat) mentioned Kia is not giving test drive for 1.5 petrol engine. How can i purchase newly launched car without test drive?

      Kia seltos is a good suv with awesome exterior looks but what it gives in htx petrol the engine feel little under powered,I advise if you are willing to buy kia seltos then prefer its 1.4 gdi turbocharged variant.

    • Where are the airbags ???

      Messed up variant list, not offering even 4 airbags for on road price of 16 to 17 lacs is a crime. They should remove the gimmicky features and at least provide more than 2 airbags in HtX and HtK series. Wtff seriously KIA !!! And no top end for automatics...making same mistake as Hyundai , at least htx ivt should be available as a top end

    • Kia has no clue how to solve an issue

      I have had to send my car for service 12 times in the past 3 months! The warning light comes on, for which I send it to the service centre. It comes back supposedly fixed with a "permanent" solution from Kia, and then within a week, the light comes on again. Kia has now started blaming the quality of fuel for this problem. I find it extremely hard to believe that every Kia Diesel car owner in the country has to send their car to the service centre once a week. I have now been told to ignore the warning light and to just keep driving the car. Kia will not accept that it is a defect and do not respond on the Kia Care help channels.

      The Kia Seltos HTK+ model is the best value for money car in the tech line section. It has a 1.5 petrol engine which provides a very good drive experience. Buying experience- The staff is really friendly and will show you every single feature of all the models before letting you decide which model you want to buy. The car took 1 month to reach me but it was worth the wait. Riding experience- The ride experience was really nice. I bought the petrol variant. The mileage is really good. In the city it is around 14-16. I haven't tested in on the highway yet. The car xan go really fast but you may wanna slow down a little bit while taking turns because you may notice a little bit of traction. Looks- The car looks very up market, both internally and externally. It is loaded with awesome features. Servicing- Since i've bought it just recently i haven't done my servicing yet. Overall the car is very good and i love the experience. In my opinion, one should buy the kia seltos rather than going for other options in this price range.

    • "KIA BRAND CAR IS CONSIDERED AS MOBILE COFFIN WHICH WILL TAKE ITS OWNER & HIS FAMILY TO GRAVE YARD"

      Dt 23.12.2020 was a bad day for me. while driving my Seltos back home from the office, experienced a sudden collapse in my car seat & lost control. Finally could able to stop the Car & parked on one side of the road to observe what went wrong, could able to feel something would have broken. yesterday took the car to JSP KIA workshop & finally observed seat weld joint breakage. Felt very bad about this experience. my car is just a year old & had covered 21K KM. KIA BRAND CARS ARE NON SAFE, NON-RELIABLE, NON DURABLE

      Today my car tyre got a crack and it is useless and the service centre has told its not replaceable, tyre quality is very poor Within 5 months tyre got damaged and it's not under as informed by service manager this is very if the tyre is damaged and it is under warranty it should be replaced like it is done in other cars.

    • Amazing Mileage of Seltos Diesel

      In highway driving at an average speed of 75 to 85 kmph , I am amazed to see the mileage as good as 26 kmph., The sound of the engine is extremely low., Interiors are wonderful., Rear view mirror is really covering wider areas.,Fairly good boot space
