    • A noisy fun

      The buying experience was good .It is fun to drive , a bit heavy on the road but that is good, Feels like a car with firm footing. The looks are great especially in the green colour. Servicing experience was good but: The noise is such a factor that it deserves a paragraph or two: as others have mentioned- there is a clicking noise coming from the cabin and it keeps changing- sometimes from the right sometimes from the left and sometimes from under the dashboard. The wires under the from passenger seat have a white box like thing that knocks on the frame of the seat and makes a noise. The service centre don't generally have a clue. Sometimes the noise comes after the car get heated up in the sun while parked outside. So if you are a musician who can hear the separate sounds from the music playing on the stereo- this car is not for you. Don't depend on the service engineers to work it out. Just grin and bear it.

      Well, I bought this car for its comfortable ride quality and amazing looks. Performance is good. The customer support and service cost is too much. Also, Jeep must work on their relationship-building skills and customer service else they have not learned from the mistakes of Fiat and Ford.

      The thing is that the car is more than perfect, but what sucks is the hefty service and price of accessories for the car, but I would tell it's value for money, driven 40k km, very well satisfied with the car and the service usually takes more than time needed, a American brand, not so American in India, had some more expectations from the jeep but nonetheless the car is still reliable had so many long trips which were quite comfortable. I hope this was helpful.

      This car provides all the luxury comfort and the driving experience is so great. I went to Kashmir with my compass and this was the only can which was able to cross the slippery road with snow, I have good experience with this car but this car is a bit overpriced. Rest no complaints with the performance.
