    • Amazing and best in class Venue S Plus 1.20L

      1. The buying experience from direct showroom Hyundai Motor Plaza was v well organised and hassle-free process. 2. Although test drive for 1.20 not available, did turbo test drive but I feel turbo is not smooth as 1.20L. Majorly, I would like to feel the seat comfort, steering and suspension, smooth gear shift. It is satisfying. 3. Hyundai have done a beautiful job in sound insulation barely you won't hear the engine noise. V smooth driving experience. First gear is bit rough then after smooth manual gear shift. 4. S Plus is fully loaded version. Recommended. 5. Got 12.50 kms mileage in tight traffic with ac and 15 kms while driving from showroom to home with ac. It depends on your driving style and using right gear shift and acceleration and brakes. 6. Service and maintenance is yet to experience. 7. Above are pros. Cons or I would say small concern would be roof height and back seat thigh support. It is a bit compromised in venue due to large space of boot and design of the car. 8. S plus they could have given alloy wheels 16inch but due to cost-competitive Hyundai has done fair job. Not a big issue. 9. In built map app is not available, need to connect your phone through android app only. Overall, it is a 4 seater v comfortable car with small kid. Good features, fully loaded car at this price is a good deal. Recommended to buy from direct showroom HMP, Chennai. Dealers change or offer you touch screen in S version but the warranty will go void. So, take the right decision for transparency by avoiding few thousand rupees and free offers, don't compromise on the warranty and check the date of manufacture. Thanks for reading.     • Awesome riding experience but lags in safety and comfort

      Buying experience was smooth, Car was delivered in a day after booking. Riding experience is fantastic, the gear shifts, clutch and steer everything is very light and confident. Car is best looking in the segment, comfort and safety is where it disappoints, though not bad but not very good, 6/10. Have driven 1100 km so far no issue.

      Hi Guys, I'm back after completing 1,200kms after first service. The riding experience is v good and steady, you can take turn in 80kms, car is steady with its good chasis support. 3. Performance is fantastic, don't expect over do of natural 1.20 L engine. It is decent and silent. Looks are always great. 4. Completed first service at zero cost. No charges. They will ask you about silencer coating, please ask them warranty declaration in writing, dealer will go mum, zero cost assured :-) 5. The only consequence is legroom at back seat and thigh support for taller people. It is a comfortable 4 people car with a kid. Or a small family car. Go Venue, miles to go! Expecting Hyundai to announce alloy wheels for 1.20L. Thanks for reading.

    • Venue 1.2 S plus manual, 7000 km's review

      Buying experience:- Purchased at susee Hyundai Madurai well organized and hassle free process. Performance:- Mileage is stable in city at 13.5-14.5 km/l. On highways at 80-100km/h mileage is around 17 km/l. Reached almost top speed of upto 140 km/h on straight roads. NVH is superb. Very smooth & good and very balanced steering control. Brake is v-sharp, In initial pick up it is bit low but its ok level.AC is very good in lower fan speed itself Service & maintenance:- first service is done within a month at around 1100km @ zero cost. S-plus variant has all necessary futures really excellent value for money. Pros and corn:- unable to play videos in infotainment system, no wire less android auto, Driver hand rest is not good at support while driving (Not at perfect location). Completed around 7000 km overall performance in good.

      Venue has been beautiful and consistent performance in terms of mileage and driving experience. On average city driving, the mileage I received is 15kms. In bumper to bumper traffic, 13.7 to 14.5 kms depends on your brake frequency and acceleration. This mileage is checked with 1+ 3passengers. Performance-wise it is v smooth, if you leave the clutch, the vehicle will move without acceleration. Thigh and lumbar support for the driver is good. Top speed reached 120kms.       Power, torque could have been better engineered having indian conditions in mind. Finding it very difficult to accelerate and we lose confidence on its performance while over talking. Once it attains momentum it flies.

      After the first long drive and first service or check-up, my venue has topped mileage first time for 18.1kms which is awesome! I don't feel any issues with suspension until you fill correct tyre air pressure. If you're single force 33psi all tyres will give you best cushion effect. For full passengers with luggage, 35psi will suffice. Pick up is good for the natural engine but it is bouncy sometimes from 1st gear to 2nd. Engine urges you to change to 3rd for comfortable feeling ha haha. :-) pick up is easy even in 3rd gear at low rpm. Top speed touched 125 kms with continuous speed alert then without a choice reduced to 110kms in the highway. Mileage at top speed is 16kms. V nice and value for money car. I'm bit disappointed with android auto frequent disconnection issues and Bluetooth hands-free only one device is connectable is not really acceptable. Still, I feel 1.20 L S Plus should have 16inch alloy wheels for a better feeling of the drive. Overall satisfied and lovely Venue.
