Buying experience with Toyota was memorable and I got my car delivered within 25 days after booking . Car is buttery smooth and glides on roads with minimal jerks . Suspension is balanced neither stiff nor too soft. You can plan your longest journey with innova crysta as it provides utmost comfort which another car in this range fails to deliver. Only cons which I experienced are : Tyre size can be bigger for 17 inch rims Interior Plastic quality could be better Rest everything is good and price is on the higher side but no other car can give you the reliability of Toyota and comfort of Innova in this price bracket. IT IS AMAZING EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT ABOUT IT. I BOUGHT A DIESEL AND FINALLY, IT GOT APPLE CARPLAY BUT NOW ALSO IT DIDN'T HAVE PANORAMIC SUNROOF, ALSO IT SHOULD GET VENTILATED SEATS. MY MAIN REASON FOR BUYING IT WAS THAT IT GIVES BEST RESALE VALUE, BEST FOR FAMILY PURPOSE AND MOST PROBABLY ITS MORE RELIABLE THAN ITS COMPETITON

Luxury and comfort for both driver and passenger, I drove from delhi to Kerala and after I reached here by morning Three days journey in an innova Crysta, thats what I meant by comfort.

Good touring car and feel luxury. Milage and spaces are good. It was an amusing experience. These are the best car for the tour and daily used Maintenance and another exp is lower compare any car.
