For tension-free comfort and luxury, in this class, there isn't a better option than an Innova Crysta. Tried desperately to hunt for cons, couldn't find one. Toyota dealership is also highly consumer-friendly. It's actually an owner's delight.

It's very comfortable car exterior interior is so lovely and one time I drive 1000 km it's very very comfortable. Service or maintenance is under budget. Overall it's a very good car.

Its superb car and very comfortable, its has good power throw and good fuel economy and 8 passengers can go without any pain or stress best vehicle ever, it was a very good experience for me to drive the Innova Crysta

Very good car

This is a well functioned car and good for long ride, I love it I used it to go in Manali and Himachal and I loved it It's service cost are good compared to another cars. I loved it.

Best comfortable family car ever.

I think this variant is value for money in this price because Toyota engine is so reliable and the maintenance cost is cheap is in this segment. I feel Toyota is premium brand and brand name of Toyota is so good. I suggest all who wants comfort and reliability. This is my favourite car and I have family members of 8 people and has done thousands of kilometers with all family members. All are comfortable in this car .

Good for long trips. Liked the fish like design. Buying experience was fine. Serive cost is also good. Good interior fine exterior. Struggles in deep potholes and damaged roads.

Spending 25-30 Lakhs but no sunroof

Music System should have been 10 inches with Android facilities, as cars half the price of Innova are providing that and sunroof must have been installed in new 2021 model. Only minor changes have been made in Front Grills and the price has been rised by almost 4-5 Lakhs from earlier Innova Crysta.

Perfect Family Travel Car

Bought the car from the showroom. It had a 4-month waiting period. It is a very powerful engine and is fun to drive although the mileage could have been a bit better. Regarding service. I had taken it twice for servicing and both times I had a good experience. Pros- Engine is very powerful and reliable. I have driven about 600 km in a day without stopping. Spacing is very good. it has a good luggage space even after using the back seats. Cons Tyres could have been a bit bigger.
