Horrible Buying Experience

Buying Experience is horrible, at showroom they don't respect customers they are behaving like illiterate person. They don't know about banking transactions.. They don't know about the insurance policy. I never visited to showroom before car purchase even I transferred 20 lakhs in their account but remaining money I transferred at showroom and UTR number generated by bank. I told that it is successful transaction but they told me to wait for that time when they receive in their account. They don't know , what to do and how to deliver a new car to valued customer. they just do formalities. Very poor buying experience at TMB Seven Auto Corp. Pvt. Ltd. Tata Dealer at Lucknow. Tata is a good brand . Training for all sales person specially senior persons is required. Car is good. I drove approx. 250 km yesterday.
